“This is a very small shop located inside the Westfield Montgomery mall. It has a nice men’s section but a smaller women’s area. I was looking for the new spring tops but they didn’t have them at this location. They have an excellent candle selection though!”

“The Store Manager here is beyond deserving of a raise and recognition. I had a theft incident here. I went up to the counter and returned a few items & left my iPhone on the counter (literally for just minutes). The customer after me saw the opportunity - took the phone and left the mall. As soon as I requested the store manager to help me pull the camera to see if it was caught on camera, the store manager jumped into action - she pulled the camera, confirmed the lady stole the phone, pulled her information (she was in the system because she paid after me), contacted her right away and asked her to return the phone. Although the lady initially denied she had the phone, later said she took the phone, and came up with multiple reasons why she can’t return the phone…the store manager stayed in constant contact with this thief trying to tell her that if she does not return the phone, authorities would be involved. This store manager got my phone returned within an hour from the incident time. All while had a line of customers and multiple employees to manage. She got out of her ways to locate me during the incident (as I was on the phone with authorities) to keep me updated and eventually got the thief to return the phone to the store. This is not an emergency to authorities, so without this store manager, I don’t know if I would’ve gotten my phone back and would have had to go through a lengthy process of pressing charges. I am so so so thankful for this store manager and I hope AE corporate sees this and recognizes this store manager for the amazing job that she does.”

“I'll be honest, I have never been in a Vineyard Vines before but I needed a size exchange for a Christmas gift I received. I truly hope all of their customer service was as good as Erol provided. (My bad on the spelling of your name, dude!) He ran me through my options in the shop. When they didn't work out since the shirt I had was out of stock at this location, he walked me through the very seamless way to get my size online. It was one of the easiest exchanges I have experienced. I was impressed with everything in my visit. Too bad I was in a rush so I couldn't shop a bit.”

“Highly recommend this store and the company. The clothing feels premium and the fittings are simple. Tops are either regular fit or slim fit and the pants/shorts are straight fit(slim) or relaxed fit where the ankle is less tapered. So no matter what top or bottom you get, they are exactly the same fit. If you buy $300 dollars worth you get I think 20% or 25% discount and a 25% military discount. They have a myID 25% military discount for online purchases. The customer service was impeccable and you really felt welcomed!”
