Enjoyed shopping on Sunday afternoon. I bought a new spring jacket and pant at reasonable prices. Service was good and atmosphere was very busy and wonderful.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The customer service is terrible; the cashier was unprofessional and made numerous errors with multiple customers. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. This occurred today at Montgomery mall. Zara really needs to address their employee training and standards.
