“We just picked up my "push present" from Irwin this afternoon and I am beyond elated. When I was a little girl my grandfather gave me a piece of costume jewelry. We had checked that product being in stock before going. Received warm welcome by two staff. They recorded our phone number and swapped the boxes to complete the exchange. I tried to call the store this morning to find out what we can do because one of my daughters earrings already fell out when she was sleeping I have never had that happen before and can't get ahold of anyone in the store.
