“Me and my wife came in looking to get some help with some colors as we’re painting the entire house, a tall Hispanic man with glasses named Daniel helped us out he gave us really good recommendations for colors and me and my wife loved it he was so nice and helpful and really good with colors talking about undertones and how they will look under different lighting he is amazing, if you need help with colors go to this store and ask for Daniel he is amazing with colors and product knowledge too.”
“The level of customer service here is excellent. I have a retrofitted grooming van with all kinds of custom hoses and fittings. One of them broke and I had a major leak. I explained my problem to Mike and he was able to retrofit a toilet supply line, a hose barb, and clamps to create what I needed. He cut and fitted everything on the spot. I will be coming here for all my hardware needs in the future.”

“I’ve purchased a ton of paint from this Benjamin Moore and It’s always been a great experience. Their customer service is top-notch and a huge shout out to John in particular! The street was recently blocked off and I had purchased over 20 gallons of paint to pick up. I was able to find parking a few blocks away and John loaded them up in a cart and brought them directly to my car and helped me load them up. Now that is Outstanding customer service and it truly made my day.”
“This is a small neighborhood hardware store but they keep an impressive array of hardware, tools, paint, garden, and "lifestyle" items for most DIY projects. Where the big box stores are geared to accommodate contractors, Annie's aims for the individual and their residence. Staff is always friendly, the store is well staffed for their size so there's always someone available for questions or assistance. I really appreciate a hardware store that can still operate in the neighborhood without leveling 15 acres. Factoring in my time and general frustration with large box stores, the prices for a quick trip down the street are competitive with other options.”

“I recently revisited after moving away a couple of years ago and had forgotten how much I love the Glover Park Ace. From the outside and when you first walk in, it looks like it's going to be small with limited products, but it's surprisingly large considering its location on Wisconsin. They've used every inch of the space to stock a wide selection of products while keeping it well organized and tidy. I do a lot of home maintenance and home improvement projects and the staff here are awesome - super friendly and always nearby and ready to help.”

“These guys are the best! I have not done much painting around the house before and the staff helped me with picking out a color and getting me set up with the equipment that I needed to get the job done. They were so knowledgeable about their paints and didn’t just automatically suggest the most expensive paints, instead they talked through what type of room it was, etc. to find the best paint for what you were doing. I will never go to a hardware store for paint again. Benjamin Moore is by far the best place to go for all of your painting needs!”
“Nicolas helped me out with my paint order. It was 30 mins from closing time and I could see that he'd already had a long day with a line of customers still waiting to be served after me. He was super helpful and helped me get everything I needed for my paint project. He even helped load the paint into my car after the store's official closing time. Haven't seen this level of customer service in a while. I hope Sherwin Williams is aware of how valuable of an employee they have in Nicolas.”

“I've been to this Pittsburgh paint store probably 15 times. They've got a very good stock, their staff seems to know all the stock, and only once have I been gone in and not been able to get exactly what I wanted. They also do a nice job with delivery. Give him a one-day notice and you'll have the goods right where you want them when you want them. Pittsburgh has been a good company for me to deal with I've been very happy with the business relationship definitely two thumbs up”
“I've been mainly using sherwin williams paint for over 30 years and experimenting with other products throughout the years. I keep finding myself coming to McCormick Paints. Its not your biggest paint box store but the products they have I believe are more favourable for our climate in this area. The match point is a great low price product for contractors so the they dont have to worry about the paint matching for touch up. State house and gereration are excellent for your exterior painting needs not to mention there local to the DMV area and a family run business with great employees. Ive had issues with all paint lines but I will say McCormick Paints came to my jobsite where I had an issue with a product and Jermy there field rep and I resolved the issue and Im happy with there service and will continue to use there products. Thanks for the great service and products.”
