there are some lovely associates but generally customer service is lacking. many times i see associates chatting to each other in a circle and not bother to greet customers or ask if we need help. when i do ask for help, sometimes i get an employee that while not out right rude, is lackign in customer service

was helped by Cecia after looking for someone to shade-match me. Once I found her, she helped me find my perfect shade, educated me on the products, answered all my questions, and even taught me how to use them. 10/10 experience!
