It is pretty big, extremely inviting, and meticulously organized with everything well sorted. The inventory offers a multitude of stuffed animal selections, featuring quite a variety of delightful and unique options, from holiday and ocean themes to very large and smaller squishables. While the plushies are fairly pricey, they have sales, including in-store only promotions and a deal for buying two. The staff is consistently noted as amazing, so nice, friendly, and helpful, providing great customer service that makes the experience wonderful. The store is described as a delight, the best in the mall, and an awesome store with so many cute options.
