    Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with Truist. Tried to make a deposit and she asked me several different questions I’ve never been asked before. I’ve been banking with Truist for years and I’ve never experienced a situation like this.

    SunTrust treats long time clients terribly at this branch on Wisconsin Ave. Run, don't walk to another SunTrust.
