I have never experienced a bank manager who is so thorough, professional, and genuinely committed to helping her customers.

(One is located in my building I work in, very convenient to just walk downstairs) They're just located on a military installation. So if you don't have a military/government Identification. you will not be allowed access on the base. I've had wonderful service with both of them. The one located in the Navy Exchange is open until 6pm Mon-Fri and 5pm on Sat. You really can't beat that!”

“I have been a costumer at PNC for about 8 years now. The other day I received outstanding service I have never gotten before from any PNC. From arguing with workers and managers I was finally able to get genuine help from someone. Not only was the help quick and easy, the bank teller, named Kennedy, was able to explain everything to me in an understanding matter. For the first time I didn’t feel belittled by this banks workers.
I was having problems with my PNC app for days. My checks from work wouldn’t deposit and everyone I called for help through PNC or in person was not helpful. But the second I went to Kennedy she was ready and it seemed as if she knew the whole run down. While Kennedy kept our interaction very professional, I left with a smile on my face. After many tries I always contemplating ending my relationship with PNC especially more recently. But thanks to Kennedy I have a trusted, professional and also happy to help bank teller!!!

“Although it was a quick visit, Mr. Moon, the owner and cashier was a hoot! He was very excited in meeting me as my co-worker introduced us. After my purchases not meeting the $5 minimum, he jokingly demanded I buy something else. When I offered my co-worker something, Mr. Moon said, "Get him Red Bull, he likes that everyday"...too funny! For the bakery lovers, he offers a first come first serve of various fresh baked goods. The Mom & Pop stores may not have everything in its entirety, however the personal customer service & decent prices makes visiting more rewarding. Break Central is located next to the Bethesda Metro - Red Line Bus Bay.”

I moved to Chase Bank bank in November of ‘24 after banking at a few different places. The customer service is phenomenal. They answer any question you have and make sure you understand everything.”
“So first off my visit was coincidental as I was actually in the building for a work event. For those of you like me visiting the NIH campus or if you work there it's in building 31. To the left of the front entrance. It's a full service branch so they can accommodate your teller transactions as well as any other services that might require an in person visit to a branch. The staff was friendly and helpful overall. And was in and out quickly. I'd give it 5 stars but if you're not an NIH employee there's a whole security screening similar to the airport you have to go through just to get on the campus proper.”
“We own a small mom and pop shop in Bethesda MD. Over the years we have used PNC only to end up paying through the teeth in service fees and pretty much anything else where a Pennie can be squeezed. Since we have started working with congressional, not only have we been able to work faster with our money but we are forever introduced with new methods to further push our dollars worth. The crew at the Bethesda branch do more than what is required.”

“Very good bank branch. The tellers are very quick and knowledgable, and the staff in the offices are very helpful as well. There is rarely a line, so they generally take you right away. They usually have a notary public in the building for notarizing documents, which they do for free for customers. There is a parking lot in the back with plenty of parking, and there is an ATM in the front of the building. It's a good place.”

“Tony at this branch was the best banker I have ever used. He helped me certify a form, and he knew exactly what type of certification was needed, even though I was confused. He is registered to do all kinds of certifications, and he knew what I needed.He also caught a small detail on the form, that I'm sure saved me endless headaches down the road - if I had needed to fix it later on. I would highly recommend Tony, and the Woodmont branch for all banking needs. Tony was especially courteous, professional, and helpful.”

“The bank has been taking care of my family as well as my family business for at least two generations now. This branch in particular has not only done a solid job of looking after our many accounts, but they also put up with my nonsense every time I visit.Just today I came dancing in to '90s Hip Hop while dropping off documents. Just imagine! A tall white boy dancing in the bank. And they were kind enough to take it in stride with a smile. They are wonderful to work with, exceedingly patient, and have great sense of humor!”

“Capital One is the best bank, is everything a bank should be. They are professional, kind, local and are easy to use, I have all sorts of accounts with them. Everyone is helpful, specially, the bank teller Kelsey Hage in Bethesda MD branch. I purchased a house, needed to wire transfer $70k to another bank. I walked in expecting bank personnel to help me, however I found, I have to do this online by myself. I never did this before, I was very worried about transferring this large amount. Kelsey felt my anxiety, she stepped in and was extremely helpful, got me through this tedious process.”
