“I have been a costumer at PNC for about 8 years now. The other day I received outstanding service I have never gotten before from any PNC. From arguing with workers and managers I was finally able to get genuine help from someone. Not only was the help quick and easy, the bank teller, named Kennedy, was able to explain everything to me in an understanding matter. For the first time I didn’t feel belittled by this banks workers.
I was having problems with my PNC app for days. My checks from work wouldn’t deposit and everyone I called for help through PNC or in person was not helpful. But the second I went to Kennedy she was ready and it seemed as if she knew the whole run down. While Kennedy kept our interaction very professional, I left with a smile on my face. After many tries I always contemplating ending my relationship with PNC especially more recently. But thanks to Kennedy I have a trusted, professional and also happy to help bank teller!!!

“I noticed most people said it wasn't there in their reviews. It is there, its actually two there. (One is located in my building I work in, very convenient to just walk downstairs) They're just located on a military installation. So if you don't have a military/government Identification. you will not be allowed access on the base. I've had wonderful service with both of them. The one located in the Navy Exchange is open until 6pm Mon-Fri and 5pm on Sat. You really can't beat that!”

“I was a bit concerned about access when I had to make my way to a relatively urban physical branch. All of my previous interactions with this firm have been online or by telephone; this is the first time I have needed personal assistance, which speaks well for the organization. I was pleased to discover that is an easily found, convenient location with parking validation. I was seen on a quiet weekday afternoon and received prompt and accurate assistance with a couple of small issues by a congenial and knowledgeable gentleman. My questions were answered, changes and corrections made on the spot in a helpful and professional manner. Kudos to management for Mr R Boies, who took the time to make this a pleasant and efficient experience.”

“So first off my visit was coincidental as I was actually in the building for a work event. For those of you like me visiting the NIH campus or if you work there it's in building 31. To the left of the front entrance. It's a full service branch so they can accommodate your teller transactions as well as any other services that might require an in person visit to a branch. The staff was friendly and helpful overall. And was in and out quickly. I'd give it 5 stars but if you're not an NIH employee there's a whole security screening similar to the airport you have to go through just to get on the campus proper.”

“I had an excellent experience with the branch manager(Frankie Vazquez) at branch in Washigton DC and Bestesta Branch . He was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to address all of my concerns. I recommend Citi Bank to hire similar employees to serve better to customers. I had a bad experience with another Citi branch even with online customer care by calling multiple times,I was frustrated but when i visited Frankie, it was really helpful.He took this matter on hand, talked to the backend team, processed the required documentation, and finally resolved my queries.

This branch in particular has not only done a solid job of looking after our many accounts, but they also put up with my nonsense every time I visit.Just today I came dancing in to '90s Hip Hop while dropping off documents. Just imagine! A tall white boy dancing in the bank. And they were kind enough to take it in stride with a smile. They are wonderful to work with, exceedingly patient, and have great sense of humor!”
