I bought a car online recently through a company who's name rhymes with Mesla. Great car, horrible finance department. For three days I couldn't get anyone on the phone at Mesla finance to tell me anything about my "pending" loan application, so I called Kiyana and Reza at Truist. They had me approved in 15 minutes, and I picked up the check next day. The Truist interest rate was .75% lower, too! When time was tight, and I really needed help, the staff at Wildwood Truist really helped me out.

There aren’t clear lines to see a teller. I stood waiting for 10 minutes and someone else walked up to a counter with no one there. When a teller showed up, that customer was waited on. The bank manager standing next to me didn’t correct the situation and I will be taking my business elsewhere

This is the worst branch of truest. I can’t believe I forgot to avoid it this time I tried the drive through, told the teller I was making a deposit and cashing a check. After 10 minutes, I press the call button. After another two minutes, a different tower came out and gave receipts back to me having deposited everything instead of cashing the check as requested. Just avoid this branch.

I really don’t want to give any stars. If your African American do not come to this branch. Kiyana, the branch leader III doesn’t know how to respect all customers and cultures. There is very poor customer service. I went in with a passport and id to cash a check. Saurav actually called the company for a 2000.00 check. After I told him I work for a competitive bank. He was very racist and classist. That’s not proper protocol at all for cashing checks at any bank. Their all foreigners who don’t know the first thing about customer service and stick together in their clique. I personally bank at PNC and Bank of America and I’ve never been treated so horribly. While my daughter was present. Hopefully, this isn’t indicative of all Truist banks. I’ve heard horror stories since this bank merged. Finally, I believe their all true.

The transition to Truist at this former SunTrust branch has been a nightmare. You can’t get help without an appointment and can’t reach a banker at the branch by phone and calling the 800 # is a 1 hour wait. Out of state checks are held for 10 days in a new account. Mistakes are frequent.

Partner had car that was financed through this bank stolen. No communication from the bank in the status of the investigation until we contacted the bank. Was then told we had 24hr to pick up the vehicle from impound or it would be reported as a repossession on credit. Then called back an hour later and was told too late the car had already been picked up by SunTrust. All impound fees were paid by us the next day and repo fees. Sun put negativemark on credit report that says the car was repossessed. Seeking legal action if this is not corrected by the end of the week.

Walked in for notary services (in military uniform with a toddler in tow) and was unable to get help because I didn’t have an appointment. Thankfully, Sandy Spring Bank right next door took me as a walk in, no questions, no problem.

Absolutely horrific! Terrible customer service. Bankers are all too busy to help you and instead of prioritizing the customer they continue working on whatever they are doing and make you wait. I will be switching banks.

I have consistently had terrible service since I opened a checking account during COVID. They are chaotic and disorganized in a zillion ways. The latest: over the summer they courted me for a refinance. They said that they could give me a great rate. About 2 months ago, I asked to work with them on this. They told me to reach out to Skeeter or Anna ... their 2 people. Neither Skeeter nor Anna ever called me back. I attempted weekly over 6 weeks. Each time, I was told by the rep answering the phone that everyone was very busy. Each time, I asked to speak to a manager and was told that a manager wasn't available. Of course, I got a great refi somewhere else. Once we get beyond COVID, I will be closing my accounts. Really frustrating to deal with these people. I don't recommend them.

Friendly staff at Wildwood, but I still cannot access my business account and am told my ID does not exist and my password does not exist. I must wait to speak with an online representative . I think it is time to change banks.
