“A premier lounge experience. The space is impeccably tailored for comfort and conversation, backed by an extremely knowledgeable staff that prioritizes hospitality above all else. With fair pricing and excellent community events, Capitol Cigar and Tobacco has truly earned my patronage—I routinely bypass three other lounges just to step through their doors.”

“Bottom line this guy knows what he’s doing. Unlike other glass shop owners he is highly knowledgeable when it comes to all glass and accessories. I’ve never experienced customer service quite like this truly the greatest experience you could wish for. If I ever needed anything glass or accessory related this is now my only option as it knocks the competition away. Again if you need anything glass you have to come here it truly is one the best experiences I’ve had.”

Their inventory is incredible—whether you’re looking for disposable vapes, premium e-liquids, glass, or accessories, they always have what you need in stock. What really sets them apart is the customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. They always take the time to offer great recommendations and answer any questions. On top of that, their prices are easily the most fair and competitive in the area. If you’re in Arlington and looking for a reliable go-to shop, don’t bother going anywhere else. Highly recommended!”

“I went to Lil Havana for the first time last night wanting to enjoy a new cigar indoors due to the cold. I found the staff to be incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful while trying to make a selection. I was then allowed entrance into the lounge area where I was by a delightful, welcoming group which expanded to several more equally nice people. It was much more enjoyable than I ever expected resulting in me staying for a second cigar. I will without a doubt be back.”

Ive been fortunate to find this gem.The owners Dr Garmirian and his son Kevork are first class gentlemen. The Gourmet series are my favorite various sized Coronas, churchill, Robusto etc. The new 35th anniversary cigar is also a must try . If you have a refined palate , you will definitely appreciate this brand.”

“I have lived at Dolley Madison for over 20 years and love this market. Its small, but for its size, they have a good variety of items. One thing I would like to see them do is yank out the Blue Bunny Ice Cream, errr Blue Bunny Frozen Dairy desert freezer and sell REAL ice cream, and not the frozen dairy desert garbage. I have a recommendation, a brand that is local to the east coast, been around for years and really needs more places in NoVa to carry the brand.HERSHEYS ICE CREAM.Its REAL Ice cream, they have great ice cream, and ice cream novelties. They have a great variety of products and with the limited amount of places that sell it, if you were to sell it and word got out, it will sell, it will be a successful switch. Look at Vienna Drug Store. They are ALWAYS. selling out of MANY of the most popular varieties. I know because I usually buy them out of some of their products on a regular basis. Please support an ice cream company that still believes in ICE CREAM and not one of the many "Frozen Dairy Desert" Companies. But great store, friendly people, good prices and they pack a lot in such a small space.”

1331 Rockville Pike i, Rockville MD 20852
“I’ve been coming here to purchase cigars for the past few years and it’s always been an enjoyable experience. Their room-sized humidor has many great selections to choose from. The manager is super-friendly and knowledgeable. Today, he let me know that for every three cigars I would get a free one. I purchased 12 total and got a great deal when I cashed out. I highly recommend this business.”
