“Fleming's was my 1st choice after a thorough vetting process. First, I searched on Google Maps for the top reviewed collision repair centers in the DMV (4.5/5.0 Google Stars or better), searched the reviews for other Mazda owners who had used the location, narrowed the list, and then went to visit three locations in person. I was immediately greeted by Mr. Fleming. He and his team, including his "wizard" paint dude, just exuded confidence, competence, and professionalism at every step of the process. Going with Fleming was a no-brainer decision.The end result:1. My 2018 Mazda 3 (soul red) came back "good as new." The driver's side door was repaired after a "hit and run" driver backed into it while parked.2. Fleming worked out a small dent in the passenger door, which was beyond the scope of work.3. He worked with another vendor (Wheel Repair Pro LLC) to restore all four alloy wheels to like-new condition (removed curb rash). I didn't have to drive the car to two different vendors; one stop service.4. Did it all in the stated timeframe. I dropped off the car on a Tuesday morning and it was done by COB Friday of the same week.5. He beat other estimates by a good $200-400.6. After driving the car for a few days over Memorial Day weekend, I noticed an audible rattle in the driver's door that was previously not there. I brought the car back and within 5 minutes the loose screw was identified and tightened and the rattle was gone. No charge and I my little repair was put "in the front of the line."In the end, Fleming and his family-run business have earned my 5 star review, and I'm already referring them to friends who need work done to their cars. Fleming is a USAA certified repair center.Edit: 40-day update. Not even my car detailing service could tell the car had been repainted! They were impressed.”

“They've maintained our Corollas for several years, and we've been happy with them. Especially when we had to take our cars in during COVID - they had glass and masks. They also allow for after-hours drop off, which is very convenient for those of us who work well past 5 PM. The online estimates make things very convenient, but they never try to push service on us, while explaning when stuff really does need service. The downside is you have to call them to make an appointment...lately my husband and I have not gotten confirmations from that, but aside from that, they are communicative when you do need repairs.”

“Got a flat on some random road off 355 at the Rockville pike are after spending allllllllllll day going back and forth with road side assistance called Dave he was there within 15 minutes had the car up on the truck in less than 5 minutes! Super nice, super professional. Idk what about it but he made every part feel safe! The price was $110 for the pick up and $8 per mile. The price wasn’t an issue for me after spending 8 hours waiting for roadside assistance. Will always recommend Dave.”

“As a female getting work done on my car, it’s tough. At dealerships they try to upsell me and lie about work getting done but it hasn’t , honestly not a great experience. BUTafter looking at McCurry's reviews I decided to give them a call and Bill the owner answered right away. He was kind and made it an easy call. I dropped my car off with a note for an oil change and that my brake pads needed to be changed. A couple hours later he called having done my oil change and updated me on what was actually necessary for my brake pad replacement. Very kind honest man, no hassle! My car was ready in a couple hours. Definitely recommend to any females out there who stress about getting their car serviced! “I cannot speak to the quality of work done here because I only had a safety inspection done in order to register my van with the state. At first I felt a little sketchy about this place. I failed the inspection and went back to my shop to get some things fixed. They confirmed the inspection was legit. I took my van back for re-inspection and passed. These guys got me in and did their thing and got me out both times. I wanted to write this review to let people know that even though I had reservations about this place I do believe they want to provide a legit service. “We returned from our trip to Washington, D.C, to our car at Vienna-Fairfax Metro Station, and found out our car was completely dead! I called a few places - some kept ringing without answering, and others were pricey. When I called Little Man Towing & Recovery, he answered on the first ring, gave us a better price, and was there on time. He checked our battery and after a few failed attempts to jump-start the car, he told us that the battery of the car was completely dead. Rain and night were upon us, so he then offered to drive me to get a new battery. He then helped me replace the battery of our car using his own tools. We were able to drive home. And the great thing about this whole experience was that he didn't charge us extra money and refused to take any tip. What a good guy! We were so thankful that we called him instead of other highly-priced towing comps. “After five hours of waiting on AAA I called EC Towing & Recovery based on the online Yelp reviews. We were very frustrated and he calmed us down right away. He was able to pick up the unattended vehicle asap and deliver it to the tire garage which was closed. They communicated well and got the keys delivered so the car was safe overnight. It was cold and snowing, yet he took a late night order and did a great job. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”
