To start, the service was excellent and the pricing, competitive. Malachi, my driver, was super professional and very personable. He helped me figure out it was a cold gas parked on an incline situation and saved me a trip to the shop. “I had been going to Lee's Auto for years before we moved out of the neighborhood. We went to a shop closer to us for an inspection and to fix any issues my car might have (19-year-old Honda that has seen some things). Big mistake. The other shop took almost two weeks to give us an estimate and then told us they couldn't do some of the work. We took it back to Mr. Lee and within a couple of hours, he had an estimate of the work and by the next day, had the car fixed. Over the years, Mr. Lee has provided exceptional service. He gives timely estimates, stays within budget or calls if additional work needs to be done. He and his crew get the work done quickly and well. We're very pleased with his work and I will continue to take my car there even though we live 30-45 minutes away.”

I called OG Automotive asking for a same-day state inspection, and despite them being busy, they were able to accommodate me for the following day for my state inspection. Upon arrival, I talked to the friendly receptionist and the inspection was done <1 hour.
Unfortunately, it did not pass because of a wheel bearing issue, but I spoke with the owner and they were able to fix it (at a very reasonable rate for this area), and same-day right before my MVA titling appointment.”
