“Excellent service and genuinely kind people! I had a nail in my tire and stopped by to see if they could help. Omar, the manager, took my car in. They quickly found the issue, plugged the tire, called within an hour, and didn’t charge me a thing! It’s rare to find this kind of honest, helpful service these days. I really appreciate them taking the time to help me out. Highly recommend this shop!”
“Carter was helpful and friendly. He consulted on tires I wanted and was competitive with Tire Rack on price. The team also did a great job on a brake service and did only what I needed. Turnaround time on getting the tires and parts and getting the whole job done was quick and I was kept informed with every step. Excellent experience, exceeded expectations.”
“I want to give the biggest shout out to John and Autobahn for saving me from Mercedes in Arlington trying to charge me 12k to only me paying 100 for deductible through my warranty. The issues were fixed and moving forward anything w my car I will be taking it to you guys!”
“My Goodness, y'all.
This is literally the best, caring service I have ever received (not just for my car -- best customer service for ANYTHING!). MO and the whole team are so kind, expert, fast, and just put me at ease.
You know your car and yourself will be safe after Mo has a look.
If my Dad were available, I'd love for him to look at my car.
BUT!
Mo is just as great!
I'm never going anywhere else. This place is the BEST!”
“Such a good establishment. The staff is incredibly friendly, it’s super clean, the mechanic services are prompt and well done. Extremely well run business.”

“Carter the manager is exceptional and wonderful! He and the gentleman in the front are courteous and kind to the customers. I am grateful for my experience here! The whole staff is polite and efficient. Carter helped me tremendously by going to another sister station personally and getting the battery (in their inventory ) for my car which was stuck at the apartment across the street. They were patient while I returned the old battery. They could have just told me to go to another location yet chose to give extra attention. Fe days later, Carter very kindly assisted with a loose license plate and screws at no charge and refused my offer, when other places would probably just be irritated. The location is very convenient and I highly recommend it. Look working with them in the future!”
“Citgo has been my go-to for reliable, friendly auto service and quality repairs for 25 years. Now my kids also go to Citgo. How lucky we are to still have this Citgo - once a family-owned business - continue to offer quality workmanship here in Bethesda.”
“I highly recommend this gas station if you're looking to save on fuel. It’s almost always cheaper than the 4 or 5 other stations in the immediate area. Plus, they give a small discount if you pay with cash. As expected for a place with lower prices, it does stay pretty busy and crowded, but it moves relatively fast.”
“Quaint sized store with a nice selection off name brand makeups and perfumes. Select section of clothing and expensive name brand purses. Name brand apparel and sneakers.
The food court has ample seating with a small restaurant choice for eating. Navy Federal is directly besides the food court.
There are two levels in this building and the second level( depending which way you enter)has a package store, electronics, snacks, food, pharmacy, barbershop, and household department.
It has most of what you need with decent prices. Not too many sale items.”
“Gas is relatively lower prices. The only recommendation I have is for the owners to make sure receipt printing machines do not run out of paper rolls so customers do not have to approach the cashiers window to ask for a printout of a receipt. Filling up buckets with window wiping fluir and restocking paper mapkins at the pump is also highly recommended.”

“Amazing prices, great customer service and no upselling or overcharging .
I take my Benz here for regular servicing in addition to any repairs , they always work ok the vehicles same day and are thorough with the work they do.
If you’re looking for a fair priced shop who will not oversell you just because you have a luxury vehicle - this is THE place to visit.
I’d give them 100 stars if I could , stellar service and quality .”

“Each time I have gone to Kenwood Sunoco, James has quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly repaired it. In most cases, I've been able to wait while the work was done, rather than having to leave the car and make a second trip back. As we've recently moved to the area, I was concerned about finding a reliable mechanic, but I'm very satisfied with Kenwood Sunoco and will continue to use them for all of our future needs.”
“I cannot say enough about the great service and customer centered experience at the Montgomery Mall Exxon service station. The inspector as well as the customer service at the reception were top class and very knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. I highly recommend going to the Montgomery Mall Exxon for any repairs or inspection needs.”

“I just moved to this area and needed some service on my Range Rover. I was recommended Shell Repair Shop on River Road by one of my colleague. Adam was the one who greeted me, very energetic man, he made me feel like HOME.
Excellent Auto Repair shop! Very professional and honest. Angel was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the repair and service that was being provided. Communication and status of my vehicle was also provided and explained in detail. I received pictures of my vehicle before and after AMAZING ….
The quality of the work was outstanding and the pricing was also very reasonable.
River Road Shell is my Repair Shop from now on. If you are considering taking your vehicle somewhere let it be “RIVER ROAD SHELL” you and your vehicle will not be disappointed. Thank you Team.
Highly Recommended!!!”

“I had a stressful insurance situation related to a fender bender with another car at this Shell/Exxon and came to the station asking about surveillance footage. The manager/owner was patient, professional, and genuinely tried to help. Even though the footage was no longer available, they took the time to review the situation and provided a written confirmation for my insurance, The rest of the staff was also polite and helpful. I really appreciated the way I was treated here.”
