“Princess was absolutely amazing. My car wouldn’t start and I had my kids with me, and even though I didn’t have an appointment she went above and beyond to help. She made sure my battery was replaced quickly and got my car out faster than I expected. I’ve honestly never had a great experience here before, so meeting Princess was a breath of fresh air. She truly cares about her customers and deserves all the recognition. Highly recommend asking for her!”

“One of my car’s had a dead battery. I thought it was the alternator. I had it towed to this shop. The mechanics, Eddie, was super helpful and called me almost immediately to let me know that it was in fact a corroded battery. He didn’t beat around the bush. He kept it very open about cost (which was fairly priced), and within a few hours of having my car towed to their shop, the car was fixed and we were back on our way. Will definitely recommend this shop to friends and neighbors and use them for future”

“I went to Auto Body Dimensions to get a rear car door replaced. The service was great and they kept me informed of the status of my car throughout the entire process. My car came back not only fixed but with very impressive detailed work. “Go here for service!! Our van started misfiring 12 hrs into a 15 hr trip and I’m thrilled it happened where it did. Pulled off freeway and happened to make it to this service station right before they closed. They couldn’t get to it that night but allowed us to get the ticket started and get it in the next morning. Ended up doing that and getting hotel. They had it diagnosed before we had woke up. Immediately called and changed spark plugs and had us on our way asap. Yes, they solved the problem but our experience was 5 star because of how kind they were. We had just been through a lot and were desperate. We found them so honest, nice, efficient and very very knowledgeable!! It’s rare to find this these days so thank you!”

“Carter the manager is exceptional and wonderful! He and the gentleman in the front are courteous and kind to the customers. I am grateful for my experience here! The whole staff is polite and efficient. Carter helped me tremendously by going to another sister station personally and getting the battery (in their inventory ) for my car which was stuck at the apartment across the street. They were patient while I returned the old battery. They could have just told me to go to another location yet chose to give extra attention. Fe days later, Carter very kindly assisted with a loose license plate and screws at no charge and refused my offer, when other places would probably just be irritated.The location is very convenient and I highly recommend it. Look working with them in the future!”

“(First Review)
Recently I went here to have our two out of state cars inspected. I swung by early on a Friday morning and they were able to take the first car and start the process right away. They were done in no time with the first car and I swung back by with the 2nd. On the 2nd car there were 3 issues that needed to be addressed. The first two issues they were able to address on the spot and the 3rd required a part to be ordered. When the part came in I scheduled a time and they were able to get the part installed in no time.
Chris, who I think is the manager there, was really great to work with and did a great job keeping me up to date on the status of the work. In the past I typically had a bias against neighborhood gas station repair shops with a preference to dedicated repair shops. But these guys did such professional work at a reasonable price, and are not far from me, I will definitely be back.

It has been a year since my first review and since then I had taken our 2007 BMW there for regular maintenance, oil changes and repair work. They have always done great work at reasonable prices. They also do a great job of following up and providing status. I have recommended a number of friends and neighbors to the shop. I highly recommend them.”
