The gentleman who was there over the weekend did not know what he was doing. He was constantly on the phone with someone guiding him through the process. Fees were not accurately explained, and we often got "I don't know, these are standard fees" when we asked about the fees. Basically, it seems like this location charges their own fees to set up Verizon devices beyond what Verizon would charge, since they are a reseller location and not an actual Verizon store. We confirmed this with real Verizon customer service. Expect long wait times and long activation times (upwards of 45 minutes) due to issues with staff knowledge on products, services, fees, etc. There are several reseller locations in our area and we have never experienced this level of lack of knowledge, wait, and unexplained fees before.

I purchased an iPhone 15 from an Apple store and paid in full. I then brought the phone to this store to get a wireless service. A few days later, to my surprise, Verizon billed me for the phone - claiming the phone was from Verizon. Verizon agent said I had to prove that I purchased to phone from Apple. We contacted Apple together. Apple confirmed that the phone was from them and the phone has been paid off. It has been over a month now. Verizon is still charging me for the phone. Has anyone have a similar experience to share?

Excellent service despite being very busy. The staff worked patiently with every customer. Helped me download an eSIM for an unlocked device that I brought in.

Amazing customer service and such friendly, personal attention!Sabina communicated clearly and thoroughly about all steps throughout the process of purchasing new phones and transferring data. She helped me to understand what I needed to do first (transport line from my employer to my existing personal plan) and then reviewed all of my incentive offer options and which phones they applied to. The transfer of data that followed for both phones was fast and painless. Top notch!!

Ordered online to pick up at Russell Cellular Bethesda.They canceled the order after I called them 6 hours after I placed the order.The reason was they were out of SIM cards. I speculate, had I ordered oxygen in the air, they would be out of oxygen. They asked me to reorder at their store, canceling the order, which was placed through Verizon and things were in stock actually.A full day, and a couple of calls to them and Verizon wasted.If these stores need us to be in person there and they get the commission instead of online orders, then Verizon should not offer order pick up. Verizon says the order becomes ready in 1 hour. Their authorized dealer does not grant it unless you pay them in person.

Only one person was working and was only helping one customer. Refused to help us bring over a line, claiming his system was down but yet was currently with a client. Told us to go to another location, waste of our time. Just say you didn’t want to help us instead of telling us to go somewhere else.

I came in to join Verizon as a new customer and purchase an iPhone and Apple Watch and Sabina was amazing. She sat and answered all of my questions and ensured I got the best deal possible. I highly recommend speaking with her if you need assistance at this location!

Zero stars. Do not transfer your service and do not fall for the deals they tell you in person as they are half truths. You will have nice surprises on your bill.Zero disclosure of additional fees from “corporate” or anything really. I had to ask a million questions to get anything out of these representatives. You’d think moving 4 lines over would be enough to warrant good customer service and honesty. NO.Will be reporting as fraud to my bank as it was!An entire day spent on the phone with support to try and resolve service and billing issues with no resolution in sight. ?

Was at this location on 1/3/2023 and had the rudest 2 guys working there at approx. 4:00pm. I have been a Verizon customer for 35 years and would never use this location again

Jazz did a fantastic job of retrieving my contact which had been lost. She helped me revise my plan and setup my new IPhone 13. Then she moved everything from my old phone to the new one. She setup facial recognition and put the new liquid sealant on the phone and a case. Then before I left she made sure to test me. She was delightful,very knowledgeable and very patient.And she did everything with a smile on her face.?

(AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST THEY ARE NEVER OPEN) This is the worst store ever. I have called and called no one will answer the phone. I left messages and no one will call back. So I made an appointment on the Verizon web site for this store. I got to the store early and the door was locked. When I got the text to check in I did. I waited till my a appointment time come and go. No one showed up even at the appointment time. The web site they are open from 1000 to 6pm (well that is not true). I have pictures of the store with time stamp just to show the store was closed. I even called Verizon and they said they would call sense they had a direct phone number. Verizon said no one is picking up their call as well. This store does not deserve the one star
