“I thought I was in a "Twilight Zone" episode the first time I visited this PO... come to find out, I was awake and still based in the present! What a refreshing glimpse into what customer service and politeness used to be... great, great office... cheers!”

“April at the Dagsboro Post office is Great. She’s always smiling and upbeat! I had a package coming in last week and wasn’t sure it would make it before I left work for the day. April made sure I got the package first thing when it arrived!”

“Tammy was very helpful with looking for a package that was sent from home to OC. Unfortunately my package didn’t arrive yet it might be due to incorrect address but Tammy wrote out the correct address and she was very helpful!”

14 North Pennsylvania Avenue, Bethany Beach DE 19930
“Helen Mae I don't know what post office you went to but I have never had a problem with the Bethany post office. The guys are friendly knowledgable and even try and save me a buck or 2. I highly recommend this office to anyone. I conduct all my business at this office. I have been coming here for 20 plus years and never had an issue that they could not resolve. They are very busy in the summer so they cant always get to the phone but when they can they are extremely helpful. These guys are best and all veterans to boot.”

1 Main Street, Frankford DE 19945
“I’m actually very surprised at all the negative reviews this post office/employee gets. Jon has never been anything but sweet and respectful to me. After living in Delaware for the past two years what I can tell you is that the general population is incredibly rude and disrespectful. So I’m guessing the attitude they’re getting is probably mirrored from what they’re giving. Great employee, nice little post office. Don’t like it? There are plenty of other offices to go to!”
