Needed brakes and rotors for my vehicle I utilized there in store pick up options to receive the wrong rotors twice in a row this has happened to my previous vehicle as well every part I have ordered from there In store pick up has been wrong even after going off the cars internal logistics

If I could choose to rate 0 stars, I would. I went to this location on February 2, 2023. It was a Thursday, maybe around 6pm. I have a 2019 Honda Civic sport, and was in need of a battery change. Normally, I would do it myself, but considering that it comes with the free install, I said f it and let the employee do it. That was the worst decision I could've made that day. I purchased an Optimum battery, which costs over $300, only for the employee to put it on backwards and spark my fuses. He tried to play it off as if the battery was the issue, which makes no sense by the way, and then replaced the Optimum battery with a DieHard Platinum battery. Kept asking me to try and turn on the car, knowing damn well it wasn't going too. They called over their mechanic and he had no knowledge of what was previously done, so he just looked and said "ah, it's the starter" and left it at that. At this point, I knew nobody in the damn store knew what they were talking about because if it was the starter, I wouldn't have been able to get there in the first place. I'm going back and forth with the manager on duty and I kept getting the same response, "there's nothing I can do" now, I'm stuck at this place, with a dead car, and having to call a tow to get my car to take to my house and then proceed to call a Lyft in order to get home. In total, I spent over $564. I filed a claim, but I'm still waiting to see if they're going to be held accountable for what they did.

Went in not knowing what I was doing. Asked for help, received help quickly and got out of there. The staff member was very friendly and I like that he triple checked to make sure what he searched was correct. I paid and left.
