I have been having my SUV serviced at Ameri Benz for over four years. Metalgne and his team are honest and knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles. Their waiting room and bathroom is clean. When I leave, I can say that I am a satisfied customer.Update: We relocated 400 miles away but purchased another Mercedes from a private owner in the DMV. Since it had not been driven in over 2 years, we had it serviced before leaving town. Because of the great service we had received over the years, we went back to Metalgne and his team at Ameri Benz. They did not disappoint. Fast forward two months later, we took the vehicle to the Mercedes service center in our town to take care of a recall. Our car passed their inspection with flying colors. We could not have been more pleased with the quality service we once again received.

The worst Benz shop to bring you're car this place is a rip off, I have a Gclass 2016 had a few services done on this place and my car is just a mess leaking oil everywhere I order the parts I needed They never came in, I went in for a reg oil change the team that was working on my car forgot to put the MOTOR OIL in my car I was charged 124 and left i was not aware of what they did but something felt weird in my car I went back and they told me they had forgot to put in the oil I didn't fuss i understand mistakes happens but n ot once did they apologize or gave me a refund than they but old me I needed a new tail light they tried to over charge me more than the dealer! the owner metali is never there to see and even when he is he is the worst his just nasty including his brother Abraham his very rude rips off customers over charges them and lies about everything he yells at his employees they never have anything in stock not even window liquid there's always some fat guy fussing about a Bentley this guys worked on and his car caught on fire they ripped him off they even had costumers getting rob in front of the shop cops are always being called! they're not honest so of course costumers are gonna get upset and over react the place is a dirty place not clean at all they have any type of ppl walking in and out selling drugs and acting like fools this place is a mess honestl!

I have a Mercedes R350. I noticed that I had to add oil to my van before it was due for an oil change, so I took my van here because I knew that I had an oil leak. They inspected my van and told me that I needed a few thousand dollars worth of work to include the $1600 for the oil leak. This is my vacation vehicle. I drive my Lexus everyday. So, I kept my van parked until I was able to pay for everything they suggested a couple of months later. I got all of the work done and took a road trip. My oil was still low after 1,000 miles. I took it back and was assured that the oil leak was fixed. It wasn't fixed. So, I got an oil change at a different location, but I called back again to complain. I told the employee that I will take my van there for my next oil change so they could see that the leak was never fixed. So, when I took back for the next oil change they told me that I have another oil leak and I will have to pay another few thousand dollars even though it never stopped leaking from the first time they claimed to fix the first oil leak. I ran out of oil 1,000 miles after they did the oil change so I asked if they would top it off with oil. They said that they would but would charge me for the oil. So, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I am going to take it to the dealership because I want my work fixed after paying my hard earned money.

Ameri Benz is one of the best place I ever been my entire 18 years owning a Mercedes-Benz I have been coming to ameriben the past 9 years this place nothing but honesty quality great price great customer service. thank you especially during this time with covid-19 they've been working with me with they honest opinion and giving me the best price I can be able to manage throughout this difficult time I just like to say thank you Ameri Benz is the place to be God bless this people ????

I had a broken under carriage fender liner and Ameri Benz ordered the part and received the part in the time frame they stated. They applied the part in under 30 minutes which caused me to look like this ?. Not worrying but shocked. The waiting room was very tidy and comfortable. I felt safe and excited as it was the first visit for me. I plan to return with my other vehicle for more TLC maintenance and care by the staff and proprietors. Much success to Ameri Benz!!!

They are trying to rip people off! I went to them for a diagnostics and told them my steering wheel felt tight. They ran diagnostics, made up a bunch of things that weren't event wrong with the car. I was told it would pass inspection. It didn't due to the power steering pump and they mentioned nothing of this when I went to get it checked. Now they are telling me the 3 mechanics I went to, as well as the mechanic at the MD Certified Inspection is wrong. How? Now they are trying to charge me more than Mercedes dealership to change the pump. Abraham told me it would pass inspection. He also said he changed my lights that weren't working but they didn't. Professional manipulators!

I found this shop on Google and decided to go with them based on the amount of positive reviews and price. I had a B service performed on my GLK 250. Service was done in about 2 hours. There's a waiting room for customers. The staff was very kind. I would definitely go back to Ameri Benz. I called several times before booking and they were very responsive. However, a couple of promised returned phone calls weren't returned. That would be my only slight complaint.

These guys are the best! This is now my 3rd Mercedes (GLC43) and I only let AmeriBenz touch my truck for service. My previous Mercedes cars all had MB Maintenance Plans and I used to drive to MB Bethesda and Tyson’s Corner to get them serviced. After my last experience with the dealer scratching my car and leaving me at Bethesda Train station for an hour because they couldn’t get me a shuttle though one was promised, I had enough. I needed to find a closer place which I could trust with my Mercedes.Since I live in Brookland area, I was referred to AmeriBenz from a friend. Let me tell you, these guys know their stuff and perform the exact same service that the dealers do but, with reasonable costs. They are very professional, have a decent waiting room, service bay is top notch and the mechanics know their stuff. All parts are OEM Mercedes and no junk aftermarket stuff like some places. Owners are friendly and very accommodating. Bonus+++ .... they also have performed extra work/modifications on my truck that I have specifically asked for with no issues. If you don’t care about the prestige of being at a MB dealership then I highly recommend AmeriBenz as an alternative solution.

I had the best experience at Amari Benz . They are very honest and caring. They will do everything in their power not only to fix your car as fast as possible but also try to save you money.
