FRAUD ALERTThese are the most unprofessional and dishonest people I have ever encountered . Poor quality cars with safety issues over charged no Customer service hidden and manipulated fees. Charging for additional days after vehicle was returned and stating deposits are not returned for 30 days after the transaction is complete. Needless to say I will see them in court

I rented a minivan for a weekend trip with a group of friends, and Providence Motors made the entire experience so easy., especially with their new website and booking system. Their prices are fair, and the vehicle was in great condition. Highly recommend!

We financed a fleet of 9 vehicles from Providence Motors for our company to be used for our operations.
Without their convenience of payment options and fair terms, we would not have achieved this.

I don't usually write reviews but I'm just too wowwed by the utmost professionalism displayed to me by Mrs. D and her team at Providence.
Enjoyed every bit of my rental experience. From pricing to ease of booking via their marvelous website...
Not to talk of the warm personal support from the staff...
I could go on and on and on but... I'll surely be back.

Great experience working with all staff members at providence. The sign up/ intake is real quick and they are transparent on the restricts and limitations on renting a car. They have a vast selection to choose from and even have cars for rent starting as low as $30 per day. I would recommend Providence Motors to any one who needs a clean reliable rental. Thank you. I will be back again as always.

This is the most unorganized, SCAM INFESTED establishment I’ve ever delt with!!
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! Cars are complete TRASH!! Rented a car that turned out to be SALVAGED! Anytime it rains the back floor seats are saturated in water!!
If they offer a black Nissan Altima don’t do it!! Place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!

I can't tell you how I will never go back to this unprofessional, disorganized, messy establishment ever again. My sister was looking to rent a car (mind you it was days after the little bit of snow we got) every vehicle had snow still on it so you couldn't even tell what cars they had available to rent. So, the young man in the office could barely answer our questions I felt I knew more about the process than the workers there. She needed an SUV only to be pointed in the direction of a beat-up Mazda it looked like the wheels were missing. But who could tell by the snow and gravel mixed around the vehicle. We ended up feeling so discouraged we left. Oh, I forgot to mention I heard the owner is a theft.
