“Rhonda was an absolute pleasure to work with and highly professional while assisting me with my eight returns. I intentionally drove 30 minutes just to avoid the Martinsburg, WV UPS store, and her outstanding service made the trip completely worth it. Employees like Rhonda are an asset to any business and are the reason customers keep coming back. Martinsburg could learn some things.”
“Locker Quiche!!! So KOHL's and Amazon have parted ways. This Locker "Quiche" is a clever thing. Very easy to use But was Not in a very obvious place if you ceased to go to the mall since a 100 yrs ago. Had to find a mall security guard to find it.”
“I saw there was only a 1 star review here so I had to make one. I've used this cvs for UPS drop off multiple times and have never had any issues. The ladies are always so nice and check them in quickly.”
“Great sales people and a wonderful selection of items for purchase. I would highly recommend their loyalty program. It's great for redeeming points for cash.”

“**Commendation of Appreciation for Exceptional Service**
We would like to extend our heartfelt commendation to **Todd**, our FedEx delivery driver, for his outstanding service earlier today.
At noon, he delivered our packages with remarkable courtesy, professionalism, and genuine helpfulness. Not only did he handle our delivery with great care, but he also went above and beyond—assisting with a package that was to Emmitsburg, ensuring everything was safely and properly received.
In a world where true kindness and dedication can easily go unnoticed, Todd’s attentiveness and exemplary work ethic shine brightly. We offer our **highest praise** and sincere gratitude for his exceptional service and for going beyond the call of duty.
Thank you, Todd, for your integrity, generosity of spirit, and outstanding commitment to your work. You made a real difference today.”

“Consistently friendly, efficient, service-oriented business owners. Trusted them with shipping sentimental and expensive items cross country, which was a seamless process. Interesting and fun gifts in the store. Enjoy having a mailbox on site.”
