“This is a long one so bear with me. A few weeks ago at a UPS location they made me buy an entire roll of tape just to close a small box. Later, when I tried to use the rest of the tape to package a car fender it would not stick and tore constantly. I gave up and went to the FedEx. There was a complely opposite and positive experience. I was invited to bring the very odd shaped item in. The clerk analyzed it and said she was happy to take care of the packaging for me. It was a great relief after struggling for an hour with UPS's terrible materials. Thank you!”

I was in need of help to send a fax and I though I would just be pointed to a machine and have to figure it out by myself. but no, I just had to say I was unsure and Erik followed me and helped me step by step and solved small issues that I should have predicted with the documents I needed to fax.
