“Absolutely incredible customer service. The way it should be done. They took the time to help me figure out what I needed, researching the sources of the parts. They had me order my motorized retractable mirrors directly from the source, allowing me to save any markup cost. They ordered my airbags to enable me to qualify for a rebate. The installations were completed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be back when additional work is needed.”
“Maryland Motor Workz went above and beyond for our family of 6. We were headed home, back to Indiana from Maryland, when our the coolant line on our van blew at 4:40 pm on a Thursday evening. We called, explained our situation and a technician, Joseph, met us at a local gas station to assess our problem and have come up with a plan to get us back on the road. He assessed the situation, called around to find the parts locally, picked them up, fixed our van in the parking lot and we were on our way back to Indiana. Had the pleasure of working with Scott after calling a number of other shops that couldn't help us. Was looking for support in conducting a pre-purchase inspection as an out of state buyer. Scott went above and beyond to support this for us.
Scott met with the buyer, conducted a video call with us to show us what he saw, and was thorough in his inspection of the vehicle giving us the confidence we needed to buy it. Scott was kind and compassionate with the buyer who is an older widow. She was so happy with his support and kindness, as she shared with me after the visit.

“I had two blown tires off I81 North. I tried calling multiple places and came up with sky high deals and with hours of wait time. I found Honest Abiyoto who in a matter of an hour and half got it all done. He even offered me a car to get some food with my family. He got his own tow truck and repair shop/used tires. Pricing was like being in the Bronx haha. RECOMMEND!!!!!”
“Great local auto repair service shop in the Middletown area. Staff is always kind and they only do what needs done with no high pressure upsells. I took my car in for a full brake job once and they let me know that actually the brakes weren’t the issue and they were able to do a minor repair to eliminate the noise I was hearing. “I made an appointment, dropped off the vehicle and they took it in on my scheduled time. Alignment was done in a timely manner, I was handed a print out and they explained everything to me and what parts were needed for repair. I requested an estimate, they scheduled me another appointment for the repairs and my vehicle was fixed professionally.”
“I visit here once a week or so, and they are very consistent with the food they make. I normally have a chicken cheese steak and onion rings and grab some sodas from the cooler. The staff is pleasant and the food is priced well for the times. You can sit inside and eat, which is a pleasant experience ,for the most part, it's a very busy place.”
“A wonderful experience here at pope tire, they allowed me to purchase my own part needed to fix my truck and to be delivered there as well. They allowed my truck to be towed there and to sit in the lot for days while I went on the search for the part I needed. They fixed it in a very timely fashion of only a few hours which was great for the fix that was needed. The ladies at the front desk one being Shaun was super kind, helpful and informative with me my whole experience. “I have a whole story so this place saved my life and my job and my car so I was driving to work which is 2 hrs away and my tires are literally brand new thick tread I was turning right at the stop sign and hod a flat metal rod go thru my tire and so I had a flat I jacked my car up couldn't get the nutz off so I walked over there and asked if they could help me get my spare on the employees was very respectful drove me back to my car put my spare on and even put some more air in my spare I just wanna say THANK U RICE TIRE AND TO THE 2 EMPLOYEES who helped me thank u soo much if it wasn't for u I would of been really screwed thank u !!! “Road trip, early am stop due car sudden vibration on road. Someone was there and was very kind to look at the car right away as our kids were with us. Turns out lug nuts on back tires weren't torqued on both rear tires after a recent service and one rear tire was about to fall off. Fortunately we were close to tires plus. Jeff and team swiftly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and got us on the road again. Fortunately everything caught in time!”
