“I had two blown tires off I81 North. I tried calling multiple places and came up with sky high deals and with hours of wait time. I found Honest Abiyoto who in a matter of an hour and half got it all done. He even offered me a car to get some food with my family. He got his own tow truck and repair shop/used tires. Pricing was like being in the Bronx haha. RECOMMEND!!!!!”

“Bought tires at different shop. First mistake. Went back three times complaining that the tires they sold me shook horribly at any speed above 40mph. They said it was my truck. Replaced all steering parts and problems continued. Second shop insisted the tires were defective, but Rivera tire assured me it wasn't the tires. Eventually stopped driving the truck for almost a year. Took it to Matt. I should have started there, honestly. He was able to get them balanced to the point my truck was drivable, but still shook. He warned me that he'd never put that much weight on one tire and highly recommended I return them as he didn't think they were safe. The original shop refused to refund me. Finally got all new tires today at McCarthy tire and found out the wrong tires were installed from the beginning. My truck calls for 10 ply and they were standard ply. There are tons of places to get tires, but this is the only one I've found in my area that sells products they trust to customers they care about. I own several cars and I'm not taking them anywhere but here. Seriously thank you Matt C.”

“After reading a recent review about a bad experience someone had with an alignment, I thought I would check it out myself to see.I scheduled a appointment for Monday afternoon to have my car aligned and was pleasantly surprised with how wrong those reviews seemed, not only does my car drive better than ever, the staff was very transparent with me on what they did to my vehicle and what was wrong with it before hand! “They replaced my alternator. Unfortunately, the brand new alternator experienced infant mortality within 3 weeks.Luckily, South Potomac Service Center honored the warranty and replaced the alternator again, no charge. Replacing an alternator on my vehicle is a much more involved and time consuming effort than it is on many other vehicles. So much so that Toyota quotes this effort as requiring a minimum of 3 1/2 hours labor.They stepped up and took care of my vehicle - pleased with the outcome so far!Services: Battery”

“I wound up in a position no one wants to find themselves in...I was broken down while driving from Baltimore to Southern West Virginia. After a lot of "no"s from other service centers when I inquired about same day inspection, Roy's gave me a much needed "yes". The mechanic was thorough, super informative, did not talk down to us or try to upsale. Infact, he had the kindness to tell me if I could get it back to Baltimore, that would be my best bet. He knew keeping it there to have them service it would mean a weekend in a hotel in Hagerstown (he even made a great Mr. Deeds joke about it). Being that my car is a Kia, he also knew that I might be able to have them cover services, due to on going engine issues with Kias. A small adjustment was made to help get it home and I was charged way less than I thought I would be.All in all, I could not have gotten luckier with my service provider in this tense situation.”

“My wife and I were in the market for an SUV to replace our aging car. We searched Carfax, and luckily found an excellent deal on a barely used, low mileage and well equipped 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SE at Younger Mitsubishi. Sales Associate Harley provided outstanding and professional customer service! Due to our work schedule and typical rush hour traffic jam on I-81, we arrived at Younger Mitsubishi in Hagerstown, MD shortly after 6:00 pm. Harley was very patient, and had the selected vehicle ready for our test drive. She also did a great job efficiently evaluating our trade-in. Finally very friendly Business Manager Jon finalized our paperwork, arranged our WV tag transfer, and thoroughly explained the extended service options. We happily drove our awesome Mitsubishi Outlander home that night. Overall we were very impressed with the low pressure and relaxed yet highly professional sales experience at Younger Mitsubishi!”

“The BEST! If you’re not knowledgeable about cars and are tired of getting taken advantage of, come to POPE! I had a nail in my tire and the place I originally took it to said it was impossible to patch and I had to get 4 NEW TIRES! I took it into pope to get the 4 new tires because the last place didn’t feel right and they called me and said “Um, can you help me to understand why you need 4 new tires? I mean if you really want to spend the money that’s up to you but this is just a simple patch job and would cost less than $40”. I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!”
