“Bought tires at different shop. First mistake. Went back three times complaining that the tires they sold me shook horribly at any speed above 40mph. They said it was my truck. Replaced all steering parts and problems continued. Second shop insisted the tires were defective, but Rivera tire assured me it wasn't the tires. Eventually stopped driving the truck for almost a year. Took it to Matt. I should have started there, honestly. He was able to get them balanced to the point my truck was drivable, but still shook. He warned me that he'd never put that much weight on one tire and highly recommended I return them as he didn't think they were safe. The original shop refused to refund me. Finally got all new tires today at McCarthy tire and found out the wrong tires were installed from the beginning. My truck calls for 10 ply and they were standard ply. There are tons of places to get tires, but this is the only one I've found in my area that sells products they trust to customers they care about. I own several cars and I'm not taking them anywhere but here. Seriously thank you Matt C.”

“I have a whole story so this place saved my life and my job and my car so I was driving to work which is 2 hrs away and my tires are literally brand new thick tread I was turning right at the stop sign and hod a flat metal rod go thru my tire and so I had a flat I jacked my car up couldn't get the nutz off so I walked over there and asked if they could help me get my spare on the employees was very respectful drove me back to my car put my spare on and even put some more air in my spare I just wanna say THANK U RICE TIRE AND TO THE 2 EMPLOYEES who helped me thank u soo much if it wasn't for u I would of been really screwed thank u !!! “I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Firestone for years, and they’ve always been amazing, but today truly proved just how well they take care of their customers. My truck had an oil change done by them in late February, so when my oil light came on recently saying it was low, I was confused. I still had over 3,000 miles until my next service. I checked under my truck and saw oil leaking and sprayed everywhere.
Because I had my entire engine replaced last April due to a recall, I immediately feared the worst and contacted Toyota. After running their tests, Toyota found that the oil filter simply wasn’t placed correctly, but they still wanted to charge me for the diagnosis & an oil change.
As soon as I learned what the issue was, I called Firestone and spoke with the manager, Gary, who was incredibly kind and understanding. He told me to bring my truck in right away and assured me they would redo everything free of charge. On top of that, they said they would reimburse me for what Toyota charged.
I’ve always respected Firestone, but today they went above and beyond. I’m genuinely grateful, there are still good people and good companies out there, and Firestone proved that once again.”

“Finally Found a Mechanic I Trust With My BMW
After weeks of trying to figure out what was wrong with my BMW, I finally took it to Burhans Auto Service & Tires for a complete diagnostic. My car had been going into limp mode, and I needed someone who could actually diagnose the problem instead of guessing and replacing parts.
Unfortunately, the news wasn’t great. After thoroughly checking the vehicle and ruling out other possible causes, the mechanic determined that my BMW needed a throttle body replacement. Anyone who owns a BMW knows repairs and parts can get expensive quickly, but he explained exactly what he found and gave me the best route to getting the car fixed as quickly and reasonably as possible.
One thing that really stood out was the level of customer service. He even asked whether this was my only vehicle. That small question gave me the impression that he genuinely cared about how being without my car was affecting me and would do whatever he could to help.
Communication throughout the process was excellent. He assured me that he checked every possible reason for why my BMW was going into limp mode before determining that the throttle body was the problem. The part itself was expensive, but I felt the labor cost was very fair, especially for a BMW repair.
A few days later, I brought the car back because one of my tires was losing air after I had been sold a bad used tire somewhere else. He found the leak, showed me exactly what was causing it, pulled out the object that had punctured the tire, and plugged it for me at no charge.
That sealed it for me.
