“Maryland Motor Workz went above and beyond for our family of 6. We were headed home, back to Indiana from Maryland, when our the coolant line on our van blew at 4:40 pm on a Thursday evening. We called, explained our situation and a technician, Joseph, met us at a local gas station to assess our problem and have come up with a plan to get us back on the road. He assessed the situation, called around to find the parts locally, picked them up, fixed our van in the parking lot and we were on our way back to Indiana. “A wonderful experience here at pope tire, they allowed me to purchase my own part needed to fix my truck and to be delivered there as well. They allowed my truck to be towed there and to sit in the lot for days while I went on the search for the part I needed. They fixed it in a very timely fashion of only a few hours which was great for the fix that was needed. The ladies at the front desk one being Shaun was super kind, helpful and informative with me my whole experience. They made very well sure that I was professionally taken care of and informed of every step of the process. I wish I could give them a 10 star review because they deserve it!!!”
