For the 5th time (yes 5), I’ve deposited money into a drive through ATM and the machine does not register that money has been deposited. It then requires me to contact Capital One customer service and the claim takes up to 10 days to issue a refund.

Don’t come to this branch. They need customer service training. I was attended by a very rude person name Miguel Mendoza.
