“Oh my what can I say I came to the right one to get the urgent help I needed. Oh the assistant store mgr She was very helpful to me. I had to put together 100 party favors in a matter of hours for my youngest brother’s 60th birthday celebration. It was last minute! Yes she helped me pick up the items I needed putting some of it together. Certainly she was a God send. Blessings to this store n it’s support staff. I’m from NY so this was a big deal.”

“This is a good place to get holiday decorations, gift bags and wrapping paper, craft item and other household items. You can get some name brands. Some of the quality of some items are not what you would get in the grocery store. But they are usable. The prices went up to 1.25 but still a good price f ok r what you get.”

“I love Dollar General I was introduced down South and they could be a little cleaner and better, I know they are short staff. The manger always there and helpful if ask. Maybe the owner should see what can make it better. Don't blame staff.”

“Customer service here has always been subpar. Some staff are nice, some don't say anything, most don't help or don't want to help, they usually don't have change, they usually don't do cash back even though it's supposed to be an option, there's always new staff, so many things are out of place (most likely due to customers) the store needs to close for two days and be completely restocked and organized. New staff should be hired. I would personally assume that the management is the issue cause the old ones (that are not there anymore) just had that "look" that ummm the look where you don't want to be bothered..that look where people apply for jobs that they don't want to work because they probably didn't make the best decisions in life. But I give the store 5 stars because I've personally never had an issue with them, I have tough skin just like the staff does, I bring card or a low amount of cash if they don't have changed, I'll actually bring change if they need it (cause why not..better to help them then to complain about something that may be out of their hands) an a because I get what I need and go.”
