Hyundai Service at Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie is dedicated to keeping your Hyundai models in top condition. The staff is friendly and communicates well, with service advisors providing clear updates about vehicle needs. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices and the availability of service coupons, making maintenance more affordable for drivers from nearby areas. The service team uses factory-certified technicians and OEM parts to ensure quality repairs. However, some reviews mention certain drawbacks. One customer expressed disappointment with the overall quality of Hyundai vehicles, citing frequent recalls and issues like oil consumption, which affected their satisfaction despite positive service experiences. Another reviewer shared a long wait time for an oil change and tire rotation, along with frustrations over not receiving complimentary services since they were not the original owner. They also noted the lack of loaner vehicles during extended repairs. Despite these concerns, the dealership's staff and service quality are generally well-regarded, though some customers prefer to visit other Hyundai dealerships for specific services or due to vehicle issues. Overall, Hyundai Service at Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie offers reliable maintenance with friendly staff, but vehicle quality and service experience can vary based on individual expectations.
