“My Toyota Camry Hybrid battery recently died after 16 years! After looking at new cars for a week or so, I decided to replace the battery and take my time finding my next new car. I found Greentec online and called to discuss. They were very good at explaining exactly how the procedure would go. They arrived at my home and installed my new hybrid battery. I am very pleased with all the people I had contact with and the installer was very thorough and did not rush the job. I saved approx $1,300 from what the dealer quoted, and the warranty is 2 years longer. Win, win. I highly recommend Greentec.”

“I've been taking my vehicles here for the past 20 years and Sean has always taken great care of my cars . I had a new starter installed in December 2022 and yesterday 5-31-2023 it died . I called Sean and he said it was still under warranty and to bring it in . Gibbs Towing ( great company ) towed my car there last evening . Today , 6/1/23 I called around 1pm and Sean said he was finished and good to come get my car . Fee : Nothing !!! He replaced it and I'm back on the road ! Thanks , Sean ! “I stopped in because my car is stalling out. Sebastian took my car for a test drive and connected the code reader. He was upfront and honest with telling me that he couldn’t pinpoint the issue. When I told him that I had a tentative appointment at a different shop for a full diagnostic, he advised me to take my car to the dealer. He said, yes the fee may be significantly higher, but the only way to get an accurate diagnosis is to have the dealer perform a diagnose with their equipment. I appreciate the fact that he didn’t have me pay for unnecessary services that could end with me still having issues.”

“My son took my daughter’s car in and had a good experience over all. My rating is 4 stars, because he had an issue with the lady at the front desk. She told him they would not do an alignment and did not check with her manager first. This was an issue, because I called when they opened to find out the latest he could take the car in for an alignment and to have four tires replaced. She refused to honor this until she heard me on the phone. Yes, I was livid. Kudos to the mechanic and manager! Per the information received when I called, my son did not get there until after 3:00 p.m. and everything was completed in a couple hours. Her car drives much better now (no more shaky stirring wheel or hydroplaning) and the price was reasonable. I have only been to Chaney for this service, but other family members and friends have used them for various services and recommend them as well. I will be a repeat customer!”

Nothing hard I was looking for literally drain plugs and gaskets for my Diffs and transfer case. But 4 stars for the patience and effort they gave trying to help me figure it out . They could use a little more training on finding parts in their system.”
