“The place is clean, well organized, convenient for the surrounding neighborhoods. You tend to get a feel for the niche each different grocery chain sports. H.T. is no different. They have their brands of stuff others don't, at least not that I've noticed. I like their lime Popsicles. I can't tell if they are more expensive than other chains or the same, but the $130 is spent didn't seen to go very far even after signing up for their VIC card. an acronym of which I don't the words... there was a lot of buy 1 get 1 free items of which i did my best to take advantage, but not withstanding, the over all cost felt steep. A nice place to shop, but Sam's pricing has them beat...”
“If you catch the produce section right when they restock they have great options and prices. On Sundays they have the buy $50 save $10 discount for loyalty members.”
“I ordered my refill using the app. The pickup time was for after 5pm, but I asked for it to be expedited and it was ready before 10am! The person at the counter helped us right away after we used the check in screen at the counter.”
“I like Harris-Teeter for two reasons: (1) I can find products/brands/flavors in items I can't find anywhere else and (2) Cierra (in the pharmacy), because she makes every interaction in pleasant one!”
“Simply the best. Excellent customer service, pharmacist always will to answer any question and to assist in any way. A model for how pharmacy care should be carried out. A+++++ to the entire team”
“Went to get a flu shot. Staff was communicative and nice. Also, staff was patient while I had to call the insurance company cause it showed denied. And after the shot I told them how my son thinks grown-ups should get lollipops after a shot and they said I could (I didn't actually want one but that was very accommodating). ?”
“Clean, kind, respectful and helpful all the time. These folks manage my rx's better than any other pharmacy I've ever used. Highly recommend. A+ service always.”
“I was not a fan of Harris Teeter when they first opened, but they have really gotten their act together, I found myself thinking when I was in a hurry and deciding where to shop, ".... but if I go to the Harris Teeter, they run their cashiers and front-end "tight" and get you out faster than Giant...." that's quite a compliment for a customer to think that about check-out of a store, not a fan of the set-up design of Harris Teeter check-out though, but Giant leaves you waiting while their employees talk to each other, when they aren't even busy, Harris Teeter puts Giant to shame. I've seen some issues w/customer service at Harris Teeter, but Giant is worse by far. I find Giant so horrible that I was shopping at Safeway at Fairview before Harris Teeter opened up at Marketplace... I think Harris Teeter regular prices are a little too high, just like Giant and Safeway, BUT, Harris Teeter sales are GREAT. I find that my grocery bill is MUCH lower shopping sale items at Harris Teeter (and Safeway sometimes too) than Target or Walmart that don't have sales on their groceries like Harris Teeter and Safeway.... I don't like the refrigerated egg section of Harris Teeter because I've gotten eggs ruined from being frozen more than once. I like being able to grab old coffee grinds to compost from Harris Teeter Starbucks. I have grown to really like many of the employees at Harris Teeter, very sweet and caring and helpful. Join their club for gas discount points at BP, and clip ecoupons to use when you use your club card at checkout, totally worth it.”
“I know pharmacy's get a lot of negative feedback but Walgreens has been consistent on service, timeliness on Rxs and being well-stocked. I changed from CVS after being with them for over 20+ years because they inventory was always lacking and their customer service declined. I'm hopeful Walgreens will continue their commitment to service. If they tell me it will take a particular timeframe to fill a Rx, it is always ready as promised. Just make sure your Rx are completely filled out (including DOB & address) before placing the request. I'm”

I have been getting my prescriptions from this CVS for at least fifteen years and counting, and I have seen both pharmacists and pharmacy staff come and go.
