“I contacted this business to ask if my 26-foot box truck had been towed. The individual who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional, making the interaction frustrating and unhelpful. Customer service like this reflects poorly on the company.
UPDATE: After initially leaving a one-star review due to an unprofessional phone interaction, I was contacted by CHD Towing management within two hours. Management apologized for the experience and proactively assisted me in locating my box truck. The follow-up and accountability completely changed my impression, and for that reason I’ve updated my review to five stars.
While no one hopes to need a towing company, I would recommend this business based on how management handled the situation and took responsibility to make it right.”

“Double J Towing was very responsive, professional, and accommodating when I found myself stuck on the side of the road needing to get to a repair shop. They were able to get to me in about 15 minutes and everything was taken care of extremely quickly. They saved the day for me and were reasonably priced on top of it. Highly recommend!”
