Went to mail a package. Nobody there for 15 minutes despite 2 people coming out to say that someone was coming. Line went from 1 person to more than 10 with many opting not to wait and leaving.

Will often damage your packages and leave them wherever, despite constantly raising prices. Prices go up yet quality is mediocre. I would suggest looking into FedEx and UPS for larger packages they offer economy options which are sometimes a dollar or two cheaper and many access points for drop off available.

My postal carrier is on vacation and his replacement lost two packages of mine within 3 days. The staff didn’t seem surprised either. The shift supervisor said the main supervisor would call me back this afternoon. Still no call. I took off work to resolve this but no sense of urgency or customer service at all.
