Requested them to hold my package for me to pickup, which was a paid service. They instead returned my package back to sender. Then they said they'd refund me, but they never did.

Fast friendly service from the staff. It's the only PO I visit in this area. It is a small facility so it can get crowded quickly. There's a larger facility nearby.

Poor Work Ethic - took two months to forward a CERTIFIED MAIL letter from 20769 to 15228. Mailed Feb 08 and forwarded on April 08 - date the forward label was printed. By any standard, this is timeline is excessive.
