“Came here to get a vape a week ago, forgot to leave a review but the dude behind the counter was really cool and explained the pricing without up-selling me. Highly recommend this place.”
“I discovered Smoke n Vapes in Crofton today and I am extremely happy with my experience there! The gentleman that was working there today was incredibly knowledgeable about vapes, vape products, and vaping in general. Their selection of juices is massive and they had the exact flavor & brand I was looking for. The process was quick and easy and the price was right, too. I highly recommend this vape shop and I will be back there again soon!”
“Honestly haven’t been to any other locations in 2 years since coming here…. The guy is amazing, he has SOOOOO many options. He even has glass and a cigar room.”
“Wonderful atmosphere! The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful — they took the time to go over different options for my rig setup and even let me hang out in the shop to work on it, providing some basic tools and tips along the way. Great selection from quality juice brands. Loved chatting and sharing some laughs with everyone there. I didn’t have time to join in on any of their events since I was just stopping by, but it’s awesome that they offer them. Overall, a fantastic place — highly recommend checking it out!”
“Shout out Mr. Moti! Best service in Laurel. Love this store they’ve been here for a while and always have great options. They always look out for their customers!”
“I enjoy coming here, but I am a medical patient and at this establishment drive thru is medical only. I see constantly this drive thru is backed up with people either not in medical line (but still getting they’re order put thru) and medical patients who have not filed they’re order properly (leave the attendant leaving his post to go get the items that should have been ordered properly). If you are working the line please only allow the Medical patients to use it (don’t let them use it just this time) and if someone isn’t prepared meaning they placed no order please don’t hold up the line, thank you.
EDIT: I am changing my review from one star to four, the manager reached out agreed that medical patients are priority when it comes to the medical only drive through line and they said they would try to prevent any delays in the future. I still enjoy using the drive through and it is usually easy, fast and convenient when you place your order properly.”
“I have to give a huge shoutout to Vape Chalet for their exceptional service and expertise! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine enthusiasm from the staff. Their knowledge about their products is truly impressive, and they were more than happy to answer all my questions, guiding me through their wide selection of vape options with patience and expertise. Not only did they help me find the perfect vape for my needs, but their customer service went above and beyond my expectations. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered valuable recommendations.Overall, my experience at Vape Chalet was nothing short of fantastic. I left feeling confident in my purchase, grateful for the outstanding service, and excited to return in the future. If you're in the market for a vape or vape-related products, look no further than Vape Chalet. They truly set the standard for excellence in customer service, product knowledge, and fair pricing.”

“I own about 8 or 9 vapes. Maybe more :-)All purchased from The Vape Pad. I’ve trashed all the vapes I purchased elsewhere. They simply didn’t measure up. Now I refuse to go anywhere else when it comes to buying a new vape, replacement coils, batteries, juice, and everything in between. They know me by name and I love how you acquire bonus points/stars when you buy stuff…. Next time you come in, you can use them for a discount. They will replace coils for you to make sure the juice saturates the coil perfectly (so you don’t end up burning it). If I come in with a vape or a tank that seems to be leaking or having some sort of issue….they can diagnosis the problem like a vape doctor haha. Long story short they know what they’re doing. And if you’re a total newb, that’s perfectly fine. No judgement - they will make sure they explain whatever you need to know. And they will not take advantage of you and rip you off, simply because you don’t know much about vapes. They’re awesome. If you go somewhere else, you’re missing out! :-)”

“I've been going here for years to get the same products I always do and am now writing a review for the first time. The customer service here is awesome, and I feel I can have some great connections with all the employees. There is an awesome selection of products, and even if you want, you can ask the owner, Mr. Qadir to be able to stock a particular product you are looking for.
I asked Mr. Qadir to stock mushroom gummies since I wanted to buy them every now and then, and that I thought they would sell well. He got them in, and always has them.
Big shouts out to Mr. Dunbar as well. He is the taller gentleman with the glasses who typically works the evening shift. Talking with him is always a pleasure. My wife and I enjoy being able to come here for the experience we have”
