She fell in love with the Portia and Scarlett designs so due to her love of the designs, I decided to try one last time. I guess third time's a charm. On this occasion, I was able to speak to Starlene about our plight. The pagent is in two weeks and we need a dress.
Starlene was able to get the dress we wanted delivered to the store in one week. Thus giving us enough time for alterations.

There was a younger lady, an older lady and an older gentleman. They were so kind and explained how the process works. I was going to cancel my order since I was there, but the younger lady said I didn’t have to cancel and she went and pulled my dresses. I felt so bad and they were so nice. Now, I fully understand the process of buying online after 3pm. I cannot wait to go back on my payday and grab some more items, because I saw sooooooo many cute things. I wanted to buy up the whole store!”

“So many selections, great discounts, if you're returning certain items make sure you check their policy online first because I've had a manager tell me that I could not return an item that I bought from her (right after I bought it) thankfully I continued my shopping while looking online and went back to show her that I was allowed to return the item.”

“I found this shop when searching for a caftan on Etsy. When I saw that the shop was in Virginia and not too far, I decided to stop by in-person. Namia was very welcoming and took the time to show the different items she had. You can find a caftan for any occasion, including bridal ones. She has her items designed and sewn in Morocco. Also the prices are reasonable. I was very happy with my purchases and will continue to come back. I keep in touch with Naima, and she is very responsive. She updates me when she has new collections.”
