“Camille was so sweet and genuine to talk to and she pointed out new pieces she got in and bracelets where proceeds went to a great cause to stop humane trafficking. All of their styles are so unique and genuine! I got a beautiful lavender maxi skirt with such a light and airy material and something I haven’t been able to find anywhere else.
Plus she made me feel like a friend the minute I walked in. I would highly recommend and will definitely be shopping there again!”
“I had a great shopping experience at Banana republic this week! One associate (I didn't catch his name) was very helpful to direct me to a product I saw online and wanted to try on. Later on in my shopping trip, AJ helped me to find a shirt in the right size. When we realized a few of the items I wanted were not in stock in my size, he went above and beyond and helped me with an online order through the store. I was beyond impressed with AJ and his customer support skills. He clearly loves what he does for work and is representing Banana Republic well! Thank you so much - I'll be back! :)”

“It’s gotten way more expensive then like 2020 and stuff like a jacket is 29 dollars plus taxes it’s ends up at about like 31 dollars if you have a higher budget you can come here if you have a low budget don’t bother even looking. Staff is friendly but old navy is super pricey now just a warning if you have a low budget.”

the inside was cleaned. 4 stalls. so that is always a plus and the standard I expect. just lost a ☆ for location.”

“I had a great experience at J.Crew Factory in Clarksburg today. Almeta and Kwesi were very attentive when I was in the store, helping me with some questions about some clothing. They were friendly and checked to see if I needed anything. And later, Almeta helped me fix the price on something I bought. “Visited here for the first time and wanted to check it out some stuff I needed.
It similar with Ross store, there's alot of different stuff you can find but some shelves are empty.
They have clearance section in the middle of the store and price is really good.
Clothing is cheaper than Walmart, Definitely.
Cashier is only one serving and 7 people lining up but it didn't take so long.
I will still give 5 stars, they're trying to keep the store nice and still worth to visit.”

“My credit card slipped out of my pocket to the floor when I was shopping and a cash register employee had picked it up. When I asked the cash register if they had spotted a lost credit card, she told that she had picked it up and showed it to me and asked if it was the one. I said yes but I forgot to say thank you since I was so panicked. So whoever that employee was if you’re reading this, thank you!”

“I've stepped food into here a few times since it's in the neighborhood. I can't knock the prices TOO much because it's a boutique, which means you have to go in expecting boutique prices. $150-$200 jeans and tops aren't my thing, but that doesn't mean they aren't high quality, name brands. I've tried looking up a couple of items online and the price is what it is regardless of where you look. The clothing and shoes are cute, and geared towards the early 20s-30s crowd. I like the feel of the shop- bright and set up in a way that you can see everything without having to dig around. The employees have always been welcoming when I've come in to look around.”

They were patient, knowledgeable, and helped us track down his exact sizes, even checking online for pieces that weren’t available in-store.
They took their time with us and were incredibly thorough, helping us find additional pants in the clearance section that mixed and matched perfectly with the suit jackets we chose. Their service was outstanding, and we left extremely happy with our experience. We highly recommend this location.”

“I was in the store today and was pleasantly surprised at the cute items they had on sale. Yes it is a bit overpriced, but no more so than similar styles found at Anthropologie. I would have to agree with the lack of customer service, though. Although I was greeted by the three girls at the register, one sitting up on the counter and another on her phone, that was it. I never saw them interact with anyone who was browsing in the store, and when I went back to the dressing room to try something on no one ever came to open a door for me. I do have to give them five stars for entertainment though. The three had no problem talking loudly enough for all to hear. They were creating a Yelp account so that they could leave positive reviews. I loved hearing one give the other a hard time that "Olivia Sails" didn't sound like a real name LOL! If you're going to leave fake reviews, perhaps be a little more discrete about it. Four stars for the merchandise though.”
