Horrible branch. Complete trash. Atm doesnt work no money. Then the close the door at just a min after 12 and tell u too bad. Seriously trash.

Waiting 15 mins at the teller and still waiting. Honestly the worst bank yo be at. Helping a friend out only reason I'm here being held hostage. I bank at Navy Federal I highly recommend them!

The transition from SunTrust to Truist has been horrible. Please avoid the Brandywine branch and Truist all together. 60 minute hold times on the phone and long wait times in the lobby and every answer and body language is NEGATIVE.Is it a way to give a Zero rating???

So apparently they closed for a lunch break because they were short staff. LIES! I walked in and 6 employees were inside laughing. As a manager there are many ways to schedule lunch breaks, even if I have to sacrifice my own. Then only one teller was assisting the customers. Horrible experience and I am a new banker here. This is ridiculous and I will be contacting cooperate!

I have a suntrust account for years to much to type about this bank I will never come to this suntrust again and all the suntrust are open on Saturday but this one they must be special after jurking you around on Friday

Customer service goes along way. Today I went to drive thru to deposit at 915am. The teller greeted me but when she sent my receipt over never said a word. No thank you. No have a good day. Nothing. Then I called for her and stated she never said anything and I asked her a question. She answered it and I said thanks and she said nothing. I’m a business owner of 5 companies and I realize that no matter what people are going through. Salutation and closing remarks are crucial to any business. This is customer service 101. Say hello and then say thank you at the very least.

It's sad that I have coming to your establishment and all I wanted was change for $100 bill but I was told that I needed to have an account just to get change as part of the community in the bank that's been around for so long and exchange money day in and day out I don't see what the issue was to exchange $100 bill as far as you having me as a customer that will never happen now thank you for showing the side that's been hidden

Inconvenienced! Years ago, my Mom passed and I was an authorized user on her SunTrust account. After she passed, I went into the Bank and removed her name and became the only account holder. Well, years later I needed to send my Daughter money using Zelle and we discovered that it said it was received from my Mom. So, I called the Online Banking Center at SunTrust to be told that I could continue to use the account as I had been using it, they could not remove my Mom's name but if I ever lost my password, SunTrust would not be able to assist me. I was comfortable with this approach because I could not afford to lose the account history. Fast forward years later and a couple weeks after speaking to SunTrust to change the Online name of my Mom to my name, they BLOCK my account. Knowing that I had not forgotten my password, I tried for two hours and then realized that the IDIOTS had BLOCKED my access without telling me. The Online account has now been transferred to only my name and the Customer Service Representative must have apologized more than ten times for the bad way this was handled. What an inconvenience!
