I love this bank be honest every baddies are nice to me but , Erica Ross she so rude, she isn’t welcoming person, I hate to go there because of her, even she isn’t Worth it to work in the bank

The business culture of this bank is the absolute worst. Customer service is definitely not a priority here. This bank is serverely understaffed with only 1 teller & the branch manager is consistently unavailable due to 1 hour long phone calls.

Today the branch manager was absolutely unprofessional. I believe her actions in the branch were completely unacceptable.
