“I have been bringing my car to this NTB ever since I moved to the DMV area nearly 10 years ago now. The staff are always courteous and professional, they have taken the greatest of care with my car when any repairs are needed. There is staff on hand that know how to drive manual transmission vehicles (which some shops do not), so I never have to worry about damage being done to my car by someone who does not know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle. If they notice anything else while working on my car I always recieve a call and am told what has been found, an estimated cost of repair, and am asked if i would like the additional repair(s) to be done. Also, they do not create BS stuff that needs to be done on my car that actually does not need to be done. Being a woman, this has happened to me at many other repair shops. I am soo glad I have found a repair shop that does not do that. They always tell me like it is, which I highly appreciate. You won't regret bringing your car here for work that is needed. I sure haven't!!!”
“10/10 highly recommend. I had a stuck lug nut on my vehicle I took to 5 other shops 2 of them being the Benz dealership either they couldn’t get it off or said it required more time different tools and a high price. I needed it to be removed so I could get my vehicle serviced before the winter weather. Zik was able to get it off in 30 minutes. Saved me SOOO much money and time and my rim with no damage. He treated me with respect was very knowledgeable and did not try to overcharge me just because I am a female. I would recommend him to everyone thank you so much again ❤️”

Dave gave us the diagnostic print out as well as a text that included a video of the items needing replacement and he was able to answer and explain everything in great detail. The kind young lady that checked me in is very knowledgeable as well and very professional. “Service was great. Went in for an oil change with no appointment. Informed it would be a 1.5 wait before my car would be taken care because of prior appointments however I was done in that time frame instead. Friendly staff. The only thing is the lobby definitely needs a remodel however I know that’s not the employees fault. So over all I’m satisfied. I’ll be back to them”

Southern Tire and Auto Centers has given me the best experience I’ve ever had at any auto shop. As someone who works on their own car, I can say these guys know what they’re doing.
I’ve had two sets of custom or aftermarket rims installed here over the past few years, and both times they handled them with care and got everything mounted quickly. When I needed an alignment with my second set, they sent me to their St. Patrick’s Dr. location because the machine there grabs the tires instead of the rims just to protect my wheels. That level of honesty is rare.

This review is for E&D International Auto Repair, in Arlington VA. I had an excellent experience at E&D International Auto Repair! The service was top-notch from start to finish. They provided great service without overcharging, and I appreciated that they only changed the fluids that were necessary not requested.
My F-Type was washed and returned in pristine condition, which was a nice touch! The service was prompt, and I was kept informed throughout the process. I especially appreciated that they didn’t start any work until I approved it after their recommendations.

“I had a mishap when trying to order tires online for my EV. I waited 2 weeks to only discover that my order got canceled. When I called the Brandywine tire center, I was very frustrated, but James was incredibly courteous. Unfortunately, the specific tires for my EV were out of stock and hence the cancelation and yet, James kept on looking for alternatives and going back and forth with specs while honestly detailing advantages and disadvantages of each tire set. We spent around 40 mn over the phone. Talk about dedication and people skills. Working in sales and customer service is one of the hardest jobs out there and this guy nailed his job.”
