“I have been bringing my car to this NTB ever since I moved to the DMV area nearly 10 years ago now. The staff are always courteous and professional, they have taken the greatest of care with my car when any repairs are needed. There is staff on hand that know how to drive manual transmission vehicles (which some shops do not), so I never have to worry about damage being done to my car by someone who does not know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle. If they notice anything else while working on my car I always recieve a call and am told what has been found, an estimated cost of repair, and am asked if i would like the additional repair(s) to be done. Also, they do not create BS stuff that needs to be done on my car that actually does not need to be done. Being a woman, this has happened to me at many other repair shops. I am soo glad I have found a repair shop that does not do that. They always tell me like it is, which I highly appreciate. You won't regret bringing your car here for work that is needed. I sure haven't!!!”

I walked in, fell in love with a Sportage (had the intention of wanting a soul) and we immediately proceeded with purchasing. “Service was great. Went in for an oil change with no appointment. Informed it would be a 1.5 wait before my car would be taken care because of prior appointments however I was done in that time frame instead. Friendly staff. The only thing is the lobby definitely needs a remodel however I know that’s not the employees fault. So over all I’m satisfied. I’ll be back to them”

Not only were they very professional but I got to see them work with a regular customer. Professional service all the way around. I was truly impressed with my rotor and brake job replacement, left axle replacement repair, right side axle seal replaced. “7 years later and still excellent, quality service!Yesssssssss, this is what I mean when I say awesome customer service.My friend needed new tires and after calling around and searching online, he found Southern Tire and Auto Center. The lady he spoke with on the phone before he arrived was sooo helpful and uber friendly. The desired tires were in stock so we headed their way.Once we arrived we were greeted and helped immediately. We asked if we could see the tire (Sumitomo High Performance, HRT All-Season) and we were told we definitely could. Once we made our way to the warehouse and inspected the tires we decided to go ahead with the purchase, as we were pleased that they would suffice. My friend has rims on his car, so he said the low profile was great.With the government discount (15%), a full set was $428.05....not bad at all! Definitely worth the money, plus they are great, high quality tires. You won't be disappointed at this venue.Thanks for the awesome customer service and quality products!!! Duly noted for any of my future needs!!”
“Upon referral, I took my car here for an alignment on a Saturday morning. The owner/manager was super nice and knowledgeable and my car was serviced right away. It was put on an electronic alignment machine and it was completed in less than an hour. I went back and told the gentleman (not the owner/manager) who did the alignment it was still pulling and I had to make the car steer straight. He called me a "liar" and was very rude to me, saying I did something to the car. He performed another alignment to fix the problem and returned the car to me when done. However, when driving off, the car still pulled and I still had to make the car steer straight. Rather than go back, I called my mechanic and he referred me to his alignment person. I went right away and it was done. My car drive like its brand new. He said even though it might have been done twice by Temple Hills Tire & Auto, the person obviously did not know what they were doing. Beware!”

“Hard to beat for used tires and tire service. After being disappointed/ripped off by a neighboring used tire shop I took a chance on M&E and was not disappointed.
Friendly service, more than fair prices and actually takes some pride in the work unlike many similar shops.
Can't recommend enough. Hopefully I won't be back myself any time soon but I'm definitely telling others to check them out.

“I had a mishap when trying to order tires online for my EV. I waited 2 weeks to only discover that my order got canceled. When I called the Brandywine tire center, I was very frustrated, but James was incredibly courteous. Unfortunately, the specific tires for my EV were out of stock and hence the cancelation and yet, James kept on looking for alternatives and going back and forth with specs while honestly detailing advantages and disadvantages of each tire set. We spent around 40 mn over the phone. Talk about dedication and people skills. Working in sales and customer service is one of the hardest jobs out there and this guy nailed his job.”
