Professional, personable, and prompt are a few of the words I would use to describe the quality of the service I received from start to finish. The price they quoted is the price they honored. I was given a completion timeline and they honored it. From my experience, I can tell that this company aims to exceed the consumer's expectation in every way: they cleaned/ detailed the car, thus leaving it better than when I dropped it off. My Tesla needed 3 different pieces of glass replaced, due to debris falling on top of vehicle while driving. Along with the chrome trim being damaged.
It took a bit long, which was expected, and was given advanced notice when I dropped it off that it would take about 30 days.
Looks like the damage never happened!!
