“Believe the positive reviews! Their customer service and quality of work are exceptional! I took my car in to have a damaged bumper repaired. Not only did they repair the bumper, but they sent me a video showing where the frame had been damaged by the previous owner (I'd have no idea) and they kept it a while longer to make sure that was repaired as well. I received regular updates by text, ensuring that I was aware of what they were doing the entire time. I picked it up today, and it honestly looks better than it did before the damage! As everyone has said, Delonte is amazing!! He is honest, transparent, and genuinely nice. And Zach is fantastic, too! I highly recommend Murphy's. Thanks for the great work!!!”

“On my way home, I started to hear a repetitive noise from my car. Pulled over and tires looked okay but after getting back on 295 that noise was getting more worrisome and Kangaroo Auto Crew was the closest shop. They were able to quickly check out my car and found a bolt in my tire. They plugged it up and had me on my way in no time. Though they’re not my local mechanic shop, I’m happy to know about them and would trust them again with any car issues. Customer service was great and Juan is the best!”

I arrived shortly after they opened, and they started working on my car immediately after I pulled in. Excellent and speedy service, they had it fixed within the hour. “I recommend Collision Auto Clinic without reservations. The owner, Benjamin, does an amazing job repairing the cars and does it timely. He maintains communication every step of the way and is honest and transparent. He helped me save a lot of money He goes above and beyond compared to other shops; if you need a ride to the metro, he offers to drop you off which is great and saves you time and the Uber fare. I have been going to this shop for decades for my vehicles’ needs and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I have gotten estimates from other shops and they were outrageous. “Guarani’s finished my bodywork very quickly and it looks beautiful. They went above and beyond and repaired scratches adjacent to the main damage that were not part of the insurance claim. I suspect the GEICO Express folks would have insisted that was an extra cost or claim.
Very friendly and efficient. Do be aware that they have a policy of not involving the insurance company if parts cost slightly more than quoted. This makes sense- especially if you have a deadline, because it can be a big delay. Also, they prefer checks and have you cover the processing fee (2%) if you use a credit card. Typical for these shops, but it’s good to be prepared.
I would absolutely use them again, especially if I were covering my own damage:)”
“With some minor damage to my car's rear bumper, I set off to NE DC to get quotes from the plethora of auto body shops in the area. The quotes varied wildly, but I took a chance on Y & G despite the lack of a Yelp page. They did a great job on my car. Not only was their price rock bottom, but their work was excellent and very fast. I dropped my car off at 9am and got it back at 3pm. I'm very satisfied with the service and I'd definitely bring my car back there for other needs.”
