“Wow. I have no words. I am literally in tears. I called Jim’s because I thought they were open. I ran over a curb and my under car shield was flipped back. Jim and his wife pulled up to save the day. Got me back on the road in 5 minutes flat. This is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. I’m crying tears of joy. “My truck battery died in a parking lot next door, it was pouring down rain. I walked in to see if they could give me a jump. Much to my surprise they immediately sent a guy over with a charging pack to jump start my truck and get me on my way. I offered to pay but they said no charge. If I lived in the area I would use them for sure. Couldn’t recommend them enough.”

Very honest, dependable, responsive, and willing to work odd hours and weekends in order to fix your vehicle fast.I brought my work truck in for a simple oil change. Tom worked with the fleet company to not only do the oil change but to fix several potentially dangerous issues with the truck that quick lube places do not look for. The truck was finished by Sunday afternoon and ready for work Monday morning. It really pays off to take your vehicle to a mechanic even for a simple oil changes so they can go over it and find issues before they become problem.”
