literally the BEST dollar G I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived by a couple different Dollar General‘s so Ive frequented these establishments often and have never looked forward to those occasions. I truly enjoy going to this one in Brooklyn Because I know I’m going to get good Advice Or will be shown where something is quickly. The staff is A1 and I spend a lot more now bc I like the experience 💖

I was quite surprised with the service that I received today. I went in for birthday candles that I had forgotten earlier in the day. Found what I needed, got in line and then to my surprise poor service. The woman at the register helped the African American woman in front of me, then when she finished, asked me to go to the other register. She then proceeded to help the African American gentleman behind me, while I still waited in line for the other register. It was the first time I have ever gotten treated like I was from outer space. Not sure if I will ever go back to this store. Racism at its finest.

As far as lower priced stores go, this is my go to place. There are other stores in the shopping center but this Dollar General is kept well stocked, clean, and organized. The staff has always been pleasant to me. They greet me when I enter and whenever I've needed help locating an item or asking if they carry something, they've always been wonderful and helpful. I regularly come through here whether it be grabbing something specific or just browsing. It's definitely a store that has what I need, when I need it.

Always new people short staffed. But won't look at applications. Store opens at 10:00 but manager is late still not opened .

They will need to train better the people over there so they can explain without attitude the process between the online system vs. scanning in the app. I give 3 ? because the nice lady who explained to me the difference. The rest deserves just 1 ?.The next time, I will take my time to speak with corporate ✍️?

I give no stars because I tried to call for over a week now I to check my application and they leave the line off the hook , so I can't find out what my application status is .

Yet another Sunday at 9am and they are not open yet, horrible location that doesn't even follow the hrs they post. Update now 11 30 an and still not open

I love this place! It's my go to spot for quick late night trips. Anything I could need I can usually get at the Dollar General and for a relatively reasonable price: diapers, baby formula, menstrual pads, socks, drinks and snacks, cat food and litter, deoderant, packs of bottles water... you name it! The staff is always friendly and I love that they are open until 10 PM. And I love the convenience of being able to stop by after I'm done using the Brooklyn Park library right around the corner.Bottom line: this place is great and I come here often!

This is my favorite Dollar General. Associates are friendly and helpful and the store is clean and organized. I came in yesterday to grab something and was having a bad day. But after leaving the store my day turned around. The kindness and helpfulness of the employees made my day.
