“This place is absolutely amazing!! In and out in 20min. The staff is so friendly, They are on point with their business and how to operate it! Never will i ever walk into the doors of a concentra again or anywhere else for a DOT exam again; unless it's Dr. Jung's office! Plus they send the MVA your paperwork saving you a trip as well and the wallet size card is just a sweet touch lol. A+++”

“I had been to this location one other time and had a great experience so I drove out of my way today to come back again. I did not have an appointment today so I was nervous it was going to take a long time as a walk-in - nope! I was in and out in about 30-35 minutes. It would have been even faster but I had 2 separate tests to do. Dana is quick and efficient! I highly recommend this location and going to see Dana for any labs you may need!”

I would use this location again AND based on the crowded waiting room when I left, I'd make it an early appointment again.”

“I had an easy experience at this location. I came in for a drug screening test and was in and out in under 15 minutes. The Quest suite is located on the second floor (turn right after exiting the elevators). Self check-in allows you to get checked in and scan your license right away. Even though I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment (they accept appts or walk-ins), my name was called in under 5 minutes. Some of the instructions for the procedures could have been more clear, but that was only a minor setback.”

“We just went to this location to get my daughter's blood drawn. I was listening to how kind and helpful this person at the counter was to 2 older people. She really explained everything to them, and was very kind and patient.We were next. Her name was Aisha. She was so amazing! Not only was she helpful and fast, she literally brightened mine and my daughter's day. My daughter said she had magic hands, and it didn't hurt at all. Then she gave her a cute little bag with a fox on it. I mean.... I liked her so much... I was gonna ask her what she was doing this weekend to have a girls night. Lol. She is definitely the type of person who should be working in the medical field with other people. She needs a raise a.s.a.p.”

“I was nervous about my appointment because of the bad reviews but I'm definitely going to this Quest for my bloodwork from now on. I have a severe phobia of needles and blood, and I told the lady taking my blood, and she was understanding and got it over with very quickly, and checked to make sure I was okay afterwards. My doctor also sent the order to the wrong place, and she was very patient when I had to call them to fix it. I didn't catch either of the ladies' names that were in there but I'll definitely be coming back!”

“I was able to get in very quickly as a walk in. Their check in process was more efficient than other locations I have visited. They had several phlebotomists in various rooms, separate from the individual checking in patients, which kept the line moving very quickly. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The phlebotomist was great. She was able to accommodate my need to lie down and was excellent at drawing blood. I will continue to go to this location, even though it is somewhat of a drive and there are other closer locations.”

“Of all the things you would find at WalGreens.. Labcorp is one!! Check in was pretty simple on an iPad.. there was no wait and the phlebotomist were amazingly patient with me.. I hate needles and I knew I had not consumed enough water for my veins to be more pronounced. Great location, fast prompt and efficient service.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Shanee. She is the patient service site coordinator and when she is not there are hell breaks loose. I’ve been going to the Merritt location for the last 3 years since i got a chronic illness and she keeps the place running smooth. When she’s not there all hell breaks loose. I have a lot of files with different names and she always finds my requisition with ease. I do see a lot of negative reviews for this location but coming from someone who has been getting blood drawn for the last few years and going to multiple locations this one is the best for me so far.”
