“Went here because the chiropractor office near me that does Dot exam screw me, they gave me a one year Dot certificate stating the doctor wanted to check on me. Your not my primary care physician, so do I need you to check on me? they also charge $125 when Dr Jung charges $85. Dr Jung staff get you in and out under 15 minutes. They have excellent vibes, friendly make you feel welcomed and making their customers laugh. I found my new Dot examiner. Last thing, they so close to G&M I went here to get me a crab cake. Thank Dr Jung. One more thing I forgot, that when I left Dr Jung office, they informed me that they sent everything to MVA for me when other offices give you instructions on how to do it yourself which is a life saver”
“I went to job today on York Road and went and got a x-ray and the lady was so nice. The machine wasn’t working and you would not believe the lady came and dropped off the CD for the x-ray door-to-door service. I can’t believe it. I forgot her name, but she does the x-ray on York Road. She’s in an x-ray division at job medical systems on York Road. Very nice lady.”

She was very kind and took extra time to walk me through my insurance benefits, and ensured my testing would get done correctly and also sent to the right doctor. “Everything about my visit was perfect. I had an appointment, there was no wait, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. My husband went to LabCorp in the same building, since this is where his doctor wanted him to go. When he got there, there were about 10 people waiting so he didn’t stay. Too bad he couldn’t have used Quest!”
“I hate coming to these quest diagnostics because they take to long. This is the only one that you still have to wait but only 10mins sometimes less. The nurses here are so patient and kind. Ms. Suki Gwen always look out for us. She is so sweet and she always helps us. I will be returning..”

“I visited the Quest Lab at the Hanover location for my bloodwork, with an appointment scheduled for 7:40 AM. However, the team was so efficient that they accommodated me earlier than my appointment time. It was a really positive experience, and the customer service team was fantastic!”
“I got blood drawn this morning. I was a walk in, waited for maybe 15 minutes. Raven was the only one working there. She was running the front desk and taking care of all the blood draws. She did such a great job. Very professional, efficient and friendly.”

“Steph is a god send! She is the only person who has been able to stick my son once and get his blood. We have been in the emergency department where they had multiple people try with UV lights and ultrasound and still couldn’t get it. Literally thank god for people like her, I was about to just not get my son’s blood drawn because I didn’t think any of us could get through the trauma of it again. Would give a thousand stars if I could! Whatever they pay her it should be double!”
“The ladies who work here are super nice. Patrice is the bomb! I was running late and the front desk CSR was very polite about my mess up. Patrice was my phlebotomist and she couldn’t have been a more gentle person. Made me less nervous and I seriously didn’t feel when she put in the needle. Thanks ladies!”

I think LabCorp needs to let the other employee who was working the front desk this morning know that this is the kind of experience they should provide all patients. Unfortunately, this second employee has very short, abrasive, and dismissive to me and another mother/daughter combo that was checking in. It goes a long way to set the tone for those who may be worried about having blood drawn, may need language assistance, or may just be visiting for the first time.

“The wait without an appointment was a little long ( the system said 5hr wait) but we prob waited about 1 around 9am. I was bringing my 2 yr old daughter in so I was nervous. Jasmine was amazing, there was a problem with our form so she called the doctor for us & had them fax the info. when it came to the blood draw she talked to my daughter the entire time and my daughter didn’t even flinch. Jasmine gave her some Elsa stickers and she was so happy. Wonderful service overall & would return just for Jasmine!”

“I'm sharing my truly honest opinion of this Labcorp location - it's my favorite and has the best staff! Yes, it's open bright & early willing to serve others. Yes, it has a clean waiting area as well as the lab rooms. If you're looking for immediate service to get your labs drawn, this is not the place to go and I say that with all positivity. People need to be patient with staff when going to labs that have very minimal staff performing multiple tasks and trying to service each person for their individual needs.
I commend this Labcorp location for your professionalism, customer service, wonderful expertise, and just having the sheer strength to endure those who are impatient. For the impatient people, you have 3 choices: leave, wait, or try to draw your own labs yourself; otherwise, give grace to places that do more with severely less staff - this is how it is everywhere so get used to it.
Kudos to this Labcorp location and the staff. I call you my secret hideaway spot for all my lab needs, see you next time. Thank you!”

“10/17/2025 - I was the first one there around 7:52a. Before 8a, 2 more people had come. I used the Express check-in Kiosk, which scanned my driver’s license and insurance card. It was easy and took less than 5 minutes. Then the nurse called my name to briefly checked me in again and gave me the bill. I paid it by credit card there. Then I waited inside the lab room for another 10 minutes or so while she checked in other patients. She took my blood without issues. When I walked out, there were at least 10 people waiting. The whole process took about 20 mins. I appreciate the nurse’s professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency, considering she was the only person work there.”
