“Glenn's has been my mechanic for two years now. They are very honest. Literally they will call you and tell you everything wrong with the car and will not proceed until you verify the specific work you want done on your car. They don't over charge and don't lie to make more money. Because of that I always make sure I tip well. They take care of me so I try to take care of them. It's hard to find a good honest mechanics these day. When you do, respect them.”

They were extremely responsive via email as compared to other shops, who would mostly not even respond to my email inquiries. This shop is an honest shop and charges reasonably for their work. “Great experience getting a tow with these guys. I was driving a bus to a shop for engine repairs, and experienced a mechanical problem while I was on I-695 that prevented me from continuing. I called All Duty Repairs to get a tow the rest of the way to the shop (about six miles away), and they were there pretty quickly and took good care of me, towing my bus the rest of the way to the shop and setting it down right where it needed to be. If I have another breakdown in the Baltimore area again, they're the people that I will call.”

If you have GEICO, they offer the the GEICO Express service where you can also pick up your rental from Enterprise when you drop off your car for collision repair. They just did an amazing job on my 2016 Toyota Camry. It was my baby and I was devastated when someone hit me. When Bob's called and said it was repairable I was happy beyond belief. I got it back yesterday and it is perfect and even the interior looked beautiful. I would highly recommend Bob's and they updated me every step of the way and took all the worry out of the process.”

“Unfortunately I had to call the hook cause my radiator decided she was done and Clifford the big red dog showed up on time and he was just as tired as I was but he got me back to my location to get another truck and gave the shop my broken truck. I have no idea why people think he is rude cause he cool as the summer breeze to me. I'd definitely recommend this guy anytime as far as a wrecker goes”
