“Road Dog came to the rescue when I got a flat on a Sunday night. Good communication, quick service, reasonable price. When I called, he was finishing up with another customer, but he was still able to come out to my car in less than an hour. He took the old tire off, came back with a new tire (well, it wasn't a brand new tire but it was in excellent condition / barely used), put on the new tire, I paid him, and that was it. I really appreciated having everything taken care of that Sunday night so I didn't have to take off work to figure it out on Monday morning.”

“I came to MD from VA and as soon as I tried to leave I started having car trouble. They took my call around 8/9 pm, were kind and really seemed like they wanted to help so we met the next morning.
I was supposed to leave that night so I spent the night worried and stressing. They got me in and out, were honest and a great sense of humor. Seems to be well known and got busy after I pulled in but he still had me back on the road in an hour and a half. Couldn’t be more grateful!!”

“Glenn's has been my mechanic for two years now. They are very honest. Literally they will call you and tell you everything wrong with the car and will not proceed until you verify the specific work you want done on your car. They don't over charge and don't lie to make more money. Because of that I always make sure I tip well. They take care of me so I try to take care of them. It's hard to find a good honest mechanics these day. When you do, respect them.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Sam and Henry from Walter Jay's. They installed some aftermarket body parts on my BMW. They were extremely responsive via email as compared to other shops, who would mostly not even respond to my email inquiries. This shop is an honest shop and charges reasonably for their work. They are also just simply nice people. I will be bringing my car back here for any work they can perform. Its hard to find a shop so friendly and customer oriented and im so glad I found them. “This place is amazing. I've used them several times for car repairs. If you have GEICO, they offer the the GEICO Express service where you can also pick up your rental from Enterprise when you drop off your car for collision repair. They just did an amazing job on my 2016 Toyota Camry. It was my baby and I was devastated when someone hit me. When Bob's called and said it was repairable I was happy beyond belief. I got it back yesterday and it is perfect and even the interior looked beautiful. I would highly recommend Bob's and they updated me every step of the way and took all the worry out of the process.”
