“I was confused about my most recent escrow statement, so I followed up with an appointment with the loan officer at this branch. I was greeted by all the lovely employees when I walked in, and I was able to see Sharon, the loan officer, right away. She was very patient with me and was able to find out and explain what was happening with my escrow. She also helped me to make a payment to make up for the shortage that was causing my monthly mortgage payment to go up so that I could have it lowered. I can't remember the last time I walked into a physical bank for anything, but it was a wonderful experience, and I greatly appreciate the help.”
