I called this morning as a last effort for help with a storage issue on my iPhone (nothing to do with my Verizon service), but a little hopeful since I had bought the phone here. Seth spent almost an hour with me in total, doing everything to clear system data, eventually having to factory reset the phone. This had nothing to do with my Verizon service, but Seth never hesitated to help me, working through every possibility, making sure I left with a phone that was in much much better condition than when I arrived. Super thankful for their willingness to exceed expectations!!! They were amazing when we bought the phone there over a year ago, and continue to impress me!”
