The staff, including Shawn, Clay, Seth, and Adam, are excellent at problem solving, getting phones working fast, and are described as patient, easy going, and attentive. They are willing to put in extra time and even stay late to help customers, ensuring they are good to go. The overall customer service is rated 5/5, making it a nice and convenient location close to home. Some customers note issues with communication regarding fees. There can be an additional service fee for paying off a phone or processing an upgrade in-store instead of online or at a corporate Verizon store, which some feel is misleading if not stated clearly at the beginning. Trade-in values quoted initially may also differ during finalization, though this can sometimes work in the customer's favor. Despite these concerns about transparency, many customers are happy with the service and plan to return, stating they will buy their next phones from this store as long as it continues to employ such great staff.
Worth the trip to Brunswick to avoid any of the awful Fredrick locations. We've always had great customer service here.
