“You've never met a banker like Gabriela! She is so personable, knowledgeable and helpful. While waiting in line for a teller, she escorted me to her desk and proceeded to walk me thru and set up my online access/banking. I know how to do these things but having moved ALOT over the years, we've established several banking accounts and dreaded the process again (bill pay, adding external accounts, etc). She made everything effortless and gave me good advice about their other services that I, frankly, just never had the time to investigate! In the future, I will call Gabriela for any banking needs!”
“I've been to this lounge before and it was slow. This time I went on the recommendation of a good friend and I must say I had a great time. It was cozy and the live band with its mix of r&b and go go made for a nice vibe. I was pleasantly surprised. There was a person coming around offering hookah and the place was lively and packed. I prayed my Covid booster would defeat any respiratory enemies. All in all a pretty good Thursday night. This place is worth checking out.... But there is a 5 dollar cover charge ( this is new) and the drinks are strong. I'm a light weight so two drinks are my limit. I couldn't get through the first drink and I was done.”

“There always seems to be a dearth of bank location near where you are. Although there are ATMs close by. Sometimes you feel more comfortable visiting a bank and speaking to a representative. I found this branch as I was at the Arlington central library which is nearby. They have a comforting environment, free coffee too. Service was pretty good. Timely and quick. Also very customer friendly and supportive. Don't always say this about bank experiences. But I was pretty happy this time.”

My Baking Direct Lost A $ 100K Deposit cause that customer service is Dumb And Stupid And Disrespectful. Very Poor. Now They Email Me To Finish My Application. At The First Place Why Flagstar Bank Want To Know All My Information. Hell NO You Can Have Your 5.5% APY.”
