“This branch has the best customer service out of all the branches i been to in 3 different states. Karen is the main reason i go to this location specifically and i have closer ones near by. Soon as i walk in she will stop what she’s doing just to help me even if there are tellers available, instead she brings me into her office to take care of me and thats happened on multiple occasions. Karen goes above and beyond and even if she didn’t the service is still that great! I would never know if she’s having a bad day because her customer service is that awesome. - There's a parking lot right in front, as well as additional parking available at the shopping mall.
- The interior is relatively small. There are 2 teller counters and approximately 2-3 private rooms. There's also a seating area with sofas in the main hall.

“I’m kind of shocked when I see all the bad reviews about this location, I have always had a great experience there, but in all fairness I don’t really use the drive up that often. I go through the drive-through ATM or I go inside. I used to go to Franconia all the time. Although their manager John is awesome, I found that location to be really slow and I never got messages returned. The Lorton location is much closer to my house and Adam is just so amazing and takes such good care of me. He’s patient with all my questions and helped me every time I’ve needed him to. With the issues at the Franconia location getting a call back from my banker I decided to switch over to the Lorton location and I’m so glad I did. I appreciate all that you have done to help me Adam.”
