“I’ve had u guys for 20 years, last 2 weeks u have locked my card bc u think it’s a Fraud! I haven’t even reported any frauds to u guys in 10 years and it’s my checking account! Last week when it happened, I called and spoke to ur call center and they told me it was unlocked and they couldn’t promise they wouldn’t lock it again! Today, when I tried to use it again. It was declined and I couldn’t use it or get any cash out! I know for sure I got money there! I’m going to start looking for a new bank and I’ll be closing my account after 20 years! And yes, I will be writing a letter to the president and branch Manager tomorrow! I no longer recommend your bank! Update: I called the branch by the patent office and the assistant manage there was very helpful and found out what happen and issued me a new card. Received it and it works fine! They had insured new cards and I wasn’t aware bc mine wasn’t expired so mine was deactivated after they thought there was a fraud. But everything turned out fine! Thank you to the manager at that branch! They are next to whole foods! I think his name was Cody!”
