Dylan Plant, Relationship Banker at the Cooper Road location was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He ensured I was calm, as the matter I experienced was very stressful, I would not wish it on anyone. I have found all staff at Burke and Herbert locations outstanding. “This is a full service BOA location but with limited hours. It has 2 drive thru ATMs, but no drive thru teller windows. You must go inside for all transactions that cannot be done through an ATM.
The wait time here can be lengthy at times as there aren't many other BOA full service locations close by. The tellers are always friendly and helpful.”
“I’ve had u guys for 20 years, last 2 weeks u have locked my card bc u think it’s a Fraud! I haven’t even reported any frauds to u guys in 10 years and it’s my checking account! Last week when it happened, I called and spoke to ur call center and they told me it was unlocked and they couldn’t promise they wouldn’t lock it again! Today, when I tried to use it again. It was declined and I couldn’t use it or get any cash out! I know for sure I got money there! I’m going to start looking for a new bank and I’ll be closing my account after 20 years! And yes, I will be writing a letter to the president and branch Manager tomorrow! I no longer recommend your bank!
Update: I called the branch by the patent office and the assistant manage there was very helpful and found out what happen and issued me a new card. Received it and it works fine! They had insured new cards and I wasn’t aware bc mine wasn’t expired so mine was deactivated after they thought there was a fraud. But everything turned out fine! Thank you to the manager at that branch! They are next to whole foods! I think his name was Cody!”
